Foxes Pizza never ceases to fail with its quality and taste in respects to a chain pizza brand. The sauce is a mild flavor but flavorful, with the taste of the lightly crisped edges of pepperoni setting the pie off. Each slice better than the last. The dough of the pizza is according to my wife “good”, as I say it’s is crispy and crunch pleases the appetite. Foxes pizza is out of the foxes den good and worthy of its cost.

It’s as good as franchise pizza can be, but the service is great. Every employee is always friendly and jovial. I had a recent issue where while using the app my first transaction errored out. I ended up trying again and received a prompt phone call asking if I had intended a duplicate order. Doesn’t seem like much but it makes a huge difference to the customer experience. Those sorts of customer focused mindsets don’t exist that often these days within customer service and completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Melissa!

Second time in 3 months pizza shows up cold. My Italian hoagie looks like this.(pic) Called to ask about the sandwich and ask her about why I have no meat. She recited how much goes on the sandwich. Not her fault it’s the owner. Didn’t ask to refund. It’s now a $30 lesson. Please charge me more and give me the sandwich I ordered 10 months ago when you opened. 1 of the 2 places in Ellwood that delivered and you couldn’t prosper from that.

I’ve been going to foxes for years. Glad to see one here. Used to go to a place called candy do they stop putting toppings on pizza. You would order double sausage and it’ll be two pieces of sausage on top of pizza. When we asked canditos about it they snubbed us.

When I looked up info on this store Google says it closes at 9. I called about 5 till 8 and ordered a pizza. I was told that they close around 8 and that I had to hurry up. Seems a bit weird…when I got there they closed the store before I could come in and called me to tell me to go through the drive thru. I was then told that 8 is their winter hours. Because no one eats pizza in the winter?? I dunno… maybe the owner know how things are going here and maybe he don’t. All I know is that if I owned a business and my employees were shutting it down early I’d have to make some adjustments. Who knows though? Maybe the owner is on the same level with the workers. If this were my store I’d be embarrassed

I have ordered delivery from this location 2 times. The first time I ordered I got a pizza and wedgie. They sent me a pizza and a sub. I didn’t complain or call. The next time we ordered I got a pizza and cheesesteak with extra cheese with mayo and jalapeños on the side. The pizza was fine the cheesesteak came without the requested condiments and without the cheese. I called they said they would remake the order. NOW here is the part that really upset me. I get a phone call back. I assumed it was the manager but NO it was the cook who proceeded to ARGUE with me that she made it right. UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I owned a restaurant for 10 years. I would have never treated a customer complaint this way. I am so dumbfounded. I literally have no words. STAY AWAY. Save yourself the trouble and order from dominos.

Try to give them business. They say they are open till 10pm on Fridays. They shut off online orders and don’t answer the phone. You are in a town with many other pizza places. If you can’t take care of business you shouldn’t be in business. Fox’s pizza should be ashamed of this franchise. Clearly not up to standard. This place won’t make it. Never heard of a pizza place that closes at 9pm on week days and 10 pm on weekends!

The staff’s interactions with customers was so disappointing. We waited well over an hour for our order when the wait time was initially 45 minutes. Arrived at the drive through window only to wait for 15 minutes and not be acknowledged by one person. When we went inside, the staff was so unprofessional and never once acknowledged the several customers waiting in line. The manager was swearing at the staff and they kept screaming to stop answering the phones. Clearly they can’t keep up with the demand of pizzas being ordered on a Monday night. LOL. The manager rushed over to a side room and slammed the door, completely ignoring the long line of customers that were left in limbo. Luckily, our order was one of the correct ones compared to the other customers, despite the food being cold. Not a care in the world to “make it right” for the customers, and it’s a true shame considering their food is half decent.
