They usually make my steak rancher until today they cause confusion my regular order to sweet pepper which i assume as usual. got mess up. And the owner rejected decline to remake to force repay for wrong. SICK. Not recommend this.

I ordered dinner for my daughter and I I wish I could post pictures of the sad food that was delivered. We don’t care all the fixings but it shouldn’t all that makes the sandwich barely any meat on sandwich or wedgie. I paid almost 30 dollars and on top of it they forgot the dressing for the wedgie and I won’t eat it dry .I plan letting everyone I know how it’s just a rip off these days .

Accidentally ordered from Vandergrift location. Went to the other location I thought I ordered from. Paid for “my order” took my pizza and set up for my son’s birthday party. Get a call while at the party stating I didn’t pick up the pizzas. Advised I picked up the pizza and paid already, I am at my son’s party. The person on the phone asked me to hold. While on hold I was hung up on. Moving on thinking this was settled. I was contacted by the Police department that I either paid for my order or I would be charged with theft. I tried to explain what I realized the mishap was the officer said I had to pay or he will file charges. Attempted to negotiate to own the mistake and pay cost of products used. The owner would not negotiate with me. It is sad that the owner was not willing to negotiate even though they called the other Fox’s and found out I paid for and was given another person’s order that was the same as mine. Such a great way to treat the neighborhood patrons.

Fox’s in vandergrift is the best Fox’s iv seen and eaten from in a while. Very clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is top tier. My favorite is the club. You get ham, turkey, pizza cheese, cheddar, and bacon. There’s also this one boy who flips doe high into the air and puts on a show. 10/10

Pizza was over cooked. Cheesy bread sticks were not ready when I went to pick up order. Had to wait for them. They were every disappointment. Order was only as big as a 4 cut pizza but very thin crust. Will never order from here again.

The onion rings and cheese sticks were all mushy. So I called and told them and the woman on the phone says just put them in the oven. I am paying them to cook the food. I will never order there again. You pay for them to cook your food not for them to tell you to cook it. I spent alot of money.

Used to love fox’s pizza, seems all of them around here are the same, this time my pizza was over cooked, used nasty lettuce on the hoagie, had to take off, and I asked for no tomatoes, yep got a load of them on it. Of course I did go in the evening, young people now a days don’t have the work pride. Not going back.
