Ordered a pizza for pickup. It was ready within the time frame I was given. The staff were super friendly, as always! One worker even carried my food out to my car for me due to it raining, and I was carrying my child! Great service and yummy food each time.

I never leave a negative review, but I can’t give more than two stars for my experience. There was one star omitted for the staff. They weren’t unfriendly, but they obviously were just putting in the time and doing their job. Another star was taken away because of the quality of the wings. They were absolutely terrible! They were rubbery and chewy. The sauces were nothing to rave about because they were just tossed on after they were baked. The last star was removed because of the price. It was the worst $70 ever spent. The pizza and bolis may be great, but I do not recommend the wings at all.

Super awesome food,I’m truck driver an camped out in Bedford PA an called this place an wasn’t sure what to get so just ordered little bit of everything An turns out it is all awesome! An price was very fair,an a sweet lady delivered it right to my truck out on the 76 turnpike! So I will say with assurance if your in or around Bedford PA an look in for some good food just call Fox’s pizza den an you won’t be disappointed, next time I’m passin through I know I will be eatin here again an so should you!

My girlfriend and I came in and ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizza’s. They told us that our wait would be 20-30 minutes. We were fine with that, they were busy so that amount of time wasn’t a problem for us. We sat in the lobby and waited an hour. I went to the window to ask why it was taking so much longer than what we were told. They ignored the fact that I was standing there. Wouldn’t even look in my direction. They were sending out orders that were placed after our order. There is no reason that we should have waited an hour just to be told that our pizza is just then going into the oven. Not when we had an easy and simple order. I will not be paying for food before the food is done. I will come back in the future but I will not pay when the order is placed but rather when I actually get the food. Now I’m out money, we just left we decided that waiting another half our wasn’t worth the time.

Horrible place. They were so good when they 1st opened but now the people making ur food just don’t care. We get the same order every single time and the last 2 times they’ve messed our food up. Last night was the worst had to remake it 3 times bc the 1st one had onions and tomato on it then the 2nd one barely had meat on it and made sloppy and then had the nerve to say for the 3rd one “pile it with mushrooms and sweet peppers to make it look like it has extra meat on” why do I pay 3$ for extra meat if you don’t honor it. The people they hire do not care about the customers. While sitting there waiting had 3 other customers come in and check their food also bc their orders have been messed up also. GET PEOPLE WORKIJG WHO CATE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!

Horrible! Do not order from this location. They took all of my information down incorrectly. Never showed up with my pizza. When I called an hour later they told me that they didn’t deliver to my location. The manager was totally unprofessional and rude she actually HUNG UP ON ME. Do not waste your time!

I ordered food at around 6pm on a Sunday evening. I recieved multiple text messages about preparation and estimated delivery time. When the delivery time came and went, I called into the store. The guy on the phone said he was a manager and asked for my name and address, said he checked on my order and it was out for delivery. Another 20 minutes goes by and still no food. I called and explained I had waited 20 more minutes and still had not recieved my food. The guy on the phone says, “it has not been 20 minutes its been like 10” then tells me the delivery driver had actually just left and hangs up on me. At this point it had been an hour and forty-five minutes. He then calls back 2 minutes later, reads me my entire order then claims to have never gotten it? He said he just assumed it was out for delivery the first two times and I guess pretended to check on it? Tells me he cant refund my money, Ill need to go through another company. Waited two hours, spent $50, was accused of being dishonest, and never got my food or a solution. This all could have been avoided if he had actually checked my order when I called. Terrible customer service. Will not order here again.

The pizza is good, but the wait. Come on. I ordered and was told 30 minutes and that was no problem, I showed up 30 minutes later. I arrived to pick up my pizza and was told it wasn’t done yet and when I asked how long it might be I was told “I’m not sure.”. Um, okay. I went back in 20 minutes later and it still wasn’t done…..total wait time was over 1 hour for a large pepperoni pizza.
