Had the pleasure of trying this place for the first time yesterday with some friends. The food was phenomenal! We opted to try a variety of different plates and shared them for the table which worked out nicely. We tried the Orange Chicken (Excellent), General TSO’s (also excellent), the Dan Dan Noodles (Spicy but excellent), Beef and Broccoli and the Lo Mein Noodles. All the options were great, I enjoy spicy foods so I would probably do the Dan Dan Noodles when I come back. We also had the egg rolls which were great! The food comes out as it was made so its super hot and worked out well for our table of 6. I would recommend getting there early, I didn’t confirm this but I believe they do not take reservations and are just first come first go. We showed up at 4:30 for an early dinner and they had a table for 6 right outside (it was kind of chilly but the heaters were nice). Definitely recommend this place!

Had to get there right when the doors opened to beat the usual long wait to get inside! Food was great. Everything is served family style so expect big portions. The crab rangoons were exceptionally amazing. Also loved the orange chicken and beef fried rice. The ginger lemonade is very ginger-y BUT I do love ginger 🙂 The beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant made the experience altogether great

This place is as good as they say. Really great food and it does not hurt the wallet at all! The atmosphere is very unique and takes you out of the busy city. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area. Just be sure for a wait as they can get busy.

Best Chinese food I’ve had in sd so far! Also pretty cheap considering how much food you get and how good it is!

One of our favorite date night spots in San Diego. Excellent choice to bring out of town guests to, but just keep in mind they don’t take reservations. So it could be 2+ hours once your on the list. Still very much worth it. You can kill time at the bar next door, although I prefer going down the street for cheaper pre-dinner drinks. They will stop taking names once they’re an hour or two from closing so I suggest coming in early. On a Saturday night we throw our name in around 5pm and eat around 7-8pm.

One of the best places to have Chinese food in San diego. I give it 2 thumbs up off the flavor and portions alone, everything is served family style so expect big portions. The atmosphere is lightly dimmed but the decor makes up for it I highly recommend coming here. I will be back the next time I’m in San Diego!

Aside from the beautiful decor, this place is *really* delicious. I definitely recommend the orange chicken/general Tsao’s chicken which are both Krispy, tangy, and so amazing. Also, the fried rice, crab rangoons, and low mein was all so delicious. Not to mention how quick it was brought to our table! I will definitely be coming back here with friends, family, and more. It is such a unique San Diego restaurant, and I will come back. I left speechless!

So happy to find this place! The atmosphere is so beautiful. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We had General Tso Chicken and it was the best I’ve had. We also had Honey Walnut Shrimp and it was so yummy and the shrimp were huge. Fried rice was very good as well. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive. We will definitely be coming back.

I can’t say enough good things about the place. To fully appreciate the atmosphere you need to actually be seated inside it. Once you’re in it you get the full experience. It’s not a very big place so you get that intimate feel.
