Friendly owner, delicious Filipino food. The ube pancake had a nice buttery outside and was light in flavor. It came with ube syrup to make the ube flavor stronger. The tapsilog dish was flavorful; the garlic rice was already good on its own. The sago gulaman is really sweet if you like sweet drinks

Having lived in Manila, PH for 3 years, this was very satisfying.

Best halo halo I’ve had in Portland so far. Perfect summer treat. Turon was amazing too. One deducted star because I think one of the people working was reprimanding a kid who was helping out in front of us.

Went for the Adobo, and it was delicious! It comes with rice and veggies (sautéed carrots and cabbage) for 16.00. The service was spectacular and the atmosphere was very tropical. Will be coming back to try other dishes. Really great Filipino food!

Their halo-halo speaks for itself, it’s so pretty and filled with ube. Huge fan of their garlic rice, there’s so much street food to choose from.

Good food and huge portions – if you want to taste some Filipino food, this would be one of the places to visit. Dining area offers plenty of space and parking is ample on the side street. When you go – try their Halo Halo and Kare Kare.

Not happy with our first visit of this restaurant. We gave it a try because of the good reviews. But to our dismay, we didn’t acknowledge right away though there’s no other customers except an older couple who are already eating near the window. The sisig was okay, but the bottom part of the sunny side up was coated with black spots. The lady explained that the egg was cooked from the grill after the sisig. She said, it’s the oil. Burnt oil? That means, they don’t wipe down the grill before using it again for something else. It doesn’t matter if they cooking 2 different kinds of ingredients for the same menu.

Food is great and the people are great but we’ve noticed our to go orders progressively get smaller in serving. This is barely half of a container and we paid for two of these. We love to support our local Filipino stores but come on, can’t help but feel a little cheated here. We get that these are made fresh and availability is limited, but they could’ve just said they didn’t have enough for two orders instead of charging us twice for basically one full serving.

Absolutely phenomenal food and service. Could have eaten just the garlic rice alone but had it with the Kare kare. I will definitely be coming back!

It’s not always easy to find a local Filipino restaurant that serves awesome pancit bihon or canton, but this particular place has both! The menu can be a little bit limited, but they also have a lot of wonderful Filipino treats and dishes to offer. I was especially happy with their halo-halo, generous serving with wonderful pieces of leche flan inside.
