Believe the hype! First time in, and that brisket is excellent. Great, smokey flavor, Mac and cheese was a nice touch. The atmosphere was a breath of fresh air, no nonsense attitude. I tip my hat to the staff at this restaurant, and I will be back with more hungry folks looking to enjoy some of your delicious bbq!

This place is absolutely GREAT! The food is fantastic. Had the brisket sandwich and its moist, flavorful, and an excellent outside bark. Very good. Had the beans as a side which are loaded with their pulled pork. Delicious. Owner came out and said hello and made sure everything was as ordered. Also, his staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Well done. I’d recommend going here!

If you are looking for great food, amazing hospitality and overall amazingness then look no further. Wether you’re a local, just passing though or looking for something good this is the spot. The full rack of ribs is made to guarantee that you don’t go hungry, while also being deliciously tender and have that amazing fall off the bone quality. The brisket is beautifully tender and just overall amazing. And last but certainly not least the peach bbq sauce that is made in house is an absolutely perfect pairing to any meal that you get. One of the best BBQ places I have ever been!

Stopped for lunch while driving from Oregon to Illinois. I live in Chicago and love the bbq restaurants there but this was the BEST brisket sandwich I’ve ever had! SOOOO GOOOOD!! If you’re on the highway it’s worth the 10 min drive to the restaurant. If I was a local I would eat here all the time.

Who would have thought a bbq restaurant would have a breakfast burrito. Well they do and it was the best breakfast burrito I have ever had. Pulled pork, egg and potatoes. The bbq sauce they have with it was delicious as well. I believe the ForeQuarters BBQ in Sterling will have my breakfast burrito business from now on….oh and I can’t wait to try the ribs!!!
