The food was sooooo good it was light and crispy and made right in front of you the wait is a little long and the ordering system is flawed they ask every customer have they paid which should be written on the ticket along with the time of the order your welcome management and with those fixes they’ll be a 5 star place.

I ordered wings with fries and a chicken wrap. They told me that it would be 30 mins but when I went inside to check on my order they were just putting my chicken in the grease! I will never order from this place again! I was better off ordering from McDonald’s!

3 stars because they’re good. But the fact they keep giving the wrong orders always give me a sign they not go be open long cause everytime you give someone the wrong order you have to give up a free meal and that’s money get a calling number a receipt number so people can get there stuff and leave and not have to wait another 30 mins cause you gave away MY FOOD.

Food is good. But service is horrible. Never order online!!!! And if you order over the phone and they say 30 minutes it’s never ready you ALWAYS wait another 15-30 minutes just for a polish boy and a Philly. They have to do better. I want my people to succeed.

This place is HORRIBLE, i ordered a junk in the box(rice bowl covered with steak and broccoli, and i made it very clear that i did not want cheese on top, the guy on the phone was too playful and comfortable and when i arrived he was more worried about taking my money first and joking around instead of getting my order right. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL EVEN IF IT WAS THE ONLY PLACE OPEN!

They have ROACHES!! I was standing at counter just ordered two junk boxes, and it ran right past my arm. I thought I was tripping so I had to hurry up and look down at it up close. I told the lady what I saw, and canceled my order. All she said was “OKAY” and handed me my debit card. They say food on the move I say it was more like insects on the move!

You shouldn’t have to drive all the way there just to place an order, it’s ridiculous, and on top of that the employees are extremely unprofessional. Update your Customer Service and I’ll THINK about giving you my business again, until then I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Food is great, but Customer Sevice sucks.
