So apparently, this place is under new ownership because it is a different race of people working there and boy are they rude! We ordered 3 36inch subs a few days in advance. They were not ready as requested. They no longer give the long bread with the 3 inch slices. They gave us 9 12 inch subs. This is ridiculous! The cashier lied about leaving a voice-mail regarding the order and the sandwiches were full of veggies with hardly any meat. The taste was the same, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, so I won’t be back.

I stopped eating Subway brand sandwiches once the tuna issue came about. So, I tried Fontano’s. I bought a couple of meat sandwiches, their names escape me, but I really wanted to enjoy them. So, I get home, cut each one in half so I can enjoy both. While eating, all I tasted was the heavy dosage of relishes that were applied to the sandwiches. Later, I ate the other halves with removal of most the relishes. The meat was more dominant. Initially it was like a relish sandwich. The meat is supposed to be the star of a meat sandwich. I had to make the product stand out, which is not what I paid for.

Omg!! I’ve passed this place for YEARS, and finally decided to try it not too long ago…. Addicted!!! It’s so good! If you go here, it’s hard to enjoy a sandwich anywhere else. This is by far my favorite sub place.. especially if you like hoagies. They don’t sell hoagies but their sandwiches are seasoned so well, they put you in mind of them. 10/10! I love them! They have great soups too, and the prices are good.

The sandwich was good but not great like the original location. When I looked at my sandwiches I thought of Subway because of the thin layer of meat. They put the meat in the fold of the bread so it looks like there is more than there is so the top of your sandwich is all toppings. I’d possible go again but now I know what I’m getting and my expectations are different.

I’d ordered from this establishment before and had no problems. However today I order from them a meatball sub the bread is unbelievably hard and I can’t eat it and I asked for cheese and I can’t see any on my sandwich. So I call the shop, and they are extremely nonchalant about it and couldn’t care less that they gave me a subpar product. I’m never wasting my money on this place again!

I have been patronizing Fontano’s since my college days. The new management at this location will drive customers away. I was charged a dollar for two extra packages of crackers with my large soup. They have reduced the size of the bread and meat for the sandwiches.

I usually order from here for my job but I don’t know what happened today. I called in for two 36 in cold subs and was told a 45 minute wait. I get here and still have to wait over 15 minutes and they didn’t even start my order yet. Then tried to charge me 4 dollars each for the pans the sandwiches comes in.
