Had an assortment of empanadas delivered as a birthday surprise after mentioning wanting to try them. They were delivered fresh and warm and in beautiful packaging (though I think they were supposed to come in a box). Really enjoyed the Jackfruit Tinga, Sweet Potato Chili and Mushroom. Pulled bbq, beyond meat and chocolate banana were ok. The garlic dipping sauce was great! In terms of size they were larger than expected and definitely filling. Can’t wait to try more flavors and visit the shop!

The empanadas were great! We tried a few different ones and my favorite ones were the margherita and smoky mushroom! They’re surprisingly really filling and the garlic sauce is delicious. The shop itself is small and cute (perfect for take out) and the service was really good! They have a couple of tables outside if you are wanting to eat there.

We picked up Fons Empanadas at the South Loop Farmer’s Market and loved trying all the flavors. All of them are 100% vegan and 100% delicious! They come frozen are super easy to cook and even easier to enjoy! They are now available on apps like GrubHub and UberEats as well.

Either these positive reviews are fakes or you people have upgraded your palates from Pet food to this Plant based trash!!! I ordered 3 of the savory empanadas and they were burnt, dry, extremely tasteless, and they have this weird after taste that haunted my taste buds and my stomach the entire day.. Please stay away from this place.. good concept but you must go back to the drawing board with the recipe
