Entrance is closer to Ac hotel. If you take elevator to l2 you will walk down the stairs and it will be on your right.

Average. Rather pricey for what you get.

Went here for tea party. Place was very small, good for meet up with one or two friends.. you got a package for food, and tea refill can be done by calling the waiter.

Cute food and restaurant but I was gobsmacked by the price! $300 for four people!! Tea was fine. The food was just okay. Sandwiches tasted nice, macarons were good, scones tasted old and not freshly made which is what I’d expect! Nothing tasted great. I figured there would be some type of exceptional culinary skill happening here to justify those prices, and that the food would be amazing, but unfortunately it isn’t. Just go to a nearby bakery for snacks, make your own tea and save yourself the money!

After being to many tea houses for high tea I was very impressed with this business. Excellent service, beautifully plated, endless refills on any tea. Food was on point and priced averagely. I’ll be back!

Walk into a world of elegance, simplicity, and refresher! FogRose is a place located in the heart of Bellevue, a woman, and Vietnamese-owned. After closing for almost 2 years it finally reopened its doors with a new look and a new menu.

I’ve now been here three times, once for dessert, another for the sparkling afternoon tea, and most recently for Christmas tea time. This place is one that is particularly outstanding for its presentation and experience. The table settings and food are crafted beautifully, to a point where I would say it’s one of the top five destinations for foodie pictures in the Bellevue area.

The decorations, ambiance, and overall fit and finish is very pretty. There’s an obvious attention to detail here that adds a special touch to everything from the cutlery, tea sets, and everything else.

Lovely place with very different unique concept! The siracha icecream here is bomb. and also Pho Cocktail. I would say it’s best of the best in the PNW!!!

I was very disappointed with the high tea. I went there to celebrate friends’ birthday. The food is overprice along with 20% percent service fee for 2 people is outrageous. Sandwich bread was dry and this high tea is not worth the price. Totally overprice. Hope it will improve over time.
