You have to go very early in order to get a table, especially if you want to side outside for the sunset! We got there around 630 and it took an hour and a half to get a table. After the sun sets most people clear out and open up tables.

First time eating there. Everything was fantastic. Appetizers (stuffed mushrooms, pretzels), meals (Rocky River catfish, shrimp and grits, Chicken Scampi), dessert (Lemon cello cake, probably spelled wrong but you get the point) were all phenomenal. Our server (Hannah) was excellent, full of personality and prompt. Such a cool experience. Will be back.

Excellent experience!! The restaurant is secluded and located above the river so you have a great view if you want to outside! Nice atmosphere! The waitress was very nice and tentative. I ordered the Blackened Chicken Crawfish Alfredo and Shrimp! The food was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend!! Also highly recommend getting there early. Near the time they open.

Had to try this local eatery while visiting Rock Island State Park. Enjoyed a ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Had mushrooms with Parmesan cheese for an appetizer. Loved they had RC Cola. Sat outside with nice evening view of the train bridge and waterway! Greatly enjoyed this restaurant!

Soooo good! Oh man! If you love Cajun food. This place is to die for. Plus you can bring your own beverages if you want. In case you’re a wine enthusiast like me. I love the deck and view. There was no better place to be than the deck. I could see a party room with lots of people in it. I guess you could arrange for that. I just loved my meal. I had the etouffe! Oh sooo good. They went above and beyond for our Anniversary meal. They had made a meal several years back and my wife loved it,so I sent them a message and asked them if they could make this for us again for our Anniversary and they said they would love too!. Cori the cook ,and I hope I spelled her name correctly, but she came out and talked to us about our meal. Hopefully we can make this a yearly meal for our anniversary. First time eating here. We were looking for a nice place to eat for our anniversary. Loved the decor and the view. Our waitress Hannah was super attentive and the steaks were delicious. We live about 1 1/2 east of Rock Island but frequent the area on day trips. This will definitely be our place to eat when in the area.

The food was absolutely amazing! There were 6 in our party and everyone got something different and I couldn’t decide what I liked the best. The server(Kent) made great recommendations, he not only told us his favorites but top sellers as well. Everything was on point. This is worth the wait. Beautiful outside dining, interesting and delicious food as well as very good, attentive service. My husband had the shrimp and grits and they were amazing. He said the dish was packed with shrimp – well worth the high price. I had the rainbow trout with olive and blue cheese. It was good and just the right portion size. If you do not like the taste of olives, do not order. You can definitely taste them even if you try to remove. If you do like olives, then this is the dish for you!
