This is one of my favorite coffee spots! Flying Squirrel is super fun, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I love the retro/teal vibe they have going on, and it feels like the staff are having a lot of fun working there. They have so many interesting flavors!! I couldn’t decide so I had to go with a flight. I definitely want to go back and try other things!

The creative coffee menu is sure to have a selection for everyone. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind and the drinks were served quickly and absolutely did not disappoint. Great place to hop on the wifi and get some work done as well. Highly recommend this Mansfield gem.

I can’t believe I have not discovered this place before! Absolutely loved it. Visited with my cousin and this will be our go to coffee place. I love all the varieties they offer, plus special fun drinks, and even pastries too. The ambiance was extremely cute and cozy, and the staff was friendly. Since it was our first time, we accidentally stayed past closing time and they didn’t say anything. Oops! We’ll pay attention next time, but I thought it was kind of them to do that. Highly recommend!

Stopped by here on the way to DFW from Houston. Driving up this route for the first time and wanted coffee on the way and decided to stop by this cute name of place. We had drip coffee, an iced latte, and a lemon coffee cake. We liked the coffee and the pastry. The lady who we talked to was welcoming and we felt it was cozy. It was comfortable seating and they had cute St. Patricks Day decorations displayed. Glad to have come here.

I spend a lot of time at a lot of coffee shops. Flying Squirrel has not only a cute atmosphere and friendly employees, but the BEST coffee I have had in the Fort Worth area. (I don’t go to Dallas so who knows about them.) I was so impressed with the quality of the roast and the bright, fruity flavor of their Costa Rican coffee, I was moved to write this review. Staff was helpful, even giving us a great lunch recommendation for a joint across the street that had excellent street tacos. I don’t live in Mansfield but I will definitely make the drive to come here again. Seriously – I mean it when I say this is the best coffee I’ve had in the area. Worth the trip, no question.

I love this place, again I grubhub so I have yet to try there food. If I ever decide I want a very expensive cup of coffee then this would be my go to. Although I feel like there price is better then most. The atmosphere here is excellent. I will be visiting on my time soon.
