It’s hard to describe this place. The food is fine, but the 1lb of shrimp was a lot less than I expected. Technically that’s on me but I guess I was expecting more for $25. Catfish sandwich was fine, fries were decent. Nothing was bad enough to make me not want to come back, but nothing was good enough to make me want to come back.

Great burgers. Large seating area. TVs to view everywhere. Friendly service. Appears family owned. Has a 5 Guys vibe. Gonna check out the ice cream joint next door after.

We were looking for a place in Bossier with hand cut fries and this was the only one we could find. Never been here before. The burger was pretty darn good. Everything was made just the way we asked and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. The hand cut fries hit the spot and didn’t disappoint.

Never been here the food was awesome I had the fried catfish and my gf had a dbl meat patty burger. The food portions are huge we couldn’t finish our food the catfish tastes exactly like it was fried by my grandfather….wonderful

I love the staff. They were pleasant. The Food is good. A lot of SALT. THE Fish is 4.2, the Fries 4.1. The Cajun Fries way to much SALT SEASONING 0.0. I could not eat the Cajun Fries. Hamburgers are good 3.9 The Wing’s 4.3 a little overcooked but not bad.

The concept in the idea is really nice. I just can’t give a good review as I normally do. Being a seafood cook I was a little disappointed in the meals especially for the price charged.

The hamburger steaks are FRESH, which is appreciated. The fires are those good fresh cut kind. The Cajun seasoning on the fires was a bit too salty & not quite enough Cajun for me, but they were still yummy. The service is friendly and fast.

Good food, but a bit greasy. French fries were excellent and a bit greasing than we like them. This was our first visit. The cooks got the order wrong. Later, he corrected the order. Should have paid more attention to details of orders.

This was my first time going to Flying Burger and Seafood. The food was delicious. The staff was very professional, the atmosphere was very pleasant. They took the time to welcome us and made sure we were pleased with our food. I will definitely go again.
