We have been here a few times for dinner. The food is usually pretty good and they are accommodating at later hours (most recently we got there at 8:45pm and they were still willing to serve us. Always an entertaining establishment due to the other patrons and sometimes the staff.

I had to edit my review to be a bit more accurate. The food is simply out of this world. Grilled (huge) shrimp, fantastic breakfast / brunch on Sundays. Very family oriented staff. This type of place is seemingly lost in today’s world. I will be a regular customer and highly recommend to anyone I encounter…Thank you keep up the good work guys!

We got to soak in the charm and outstanding food and service yesterday with the Nickle A Car Club. What a treat! The chicken dinner was outstanding, and Grandma is a real Gem of a lady! I’d take a day trip just to go back and enjoy it again.

Excellent food , prices and hospitality. All food is homemade. Always two soups on hand at the salad bar. The prime rib chili was excellent. I had the broasted chicken dinner. Chicken was excellent, super moist and flavorful. My wife had the Reuben panini. It was huge and she enjoyed it. Grandma is always friendly and makes sure you are happy!

Chicken soup was water with overcooked noodles and questionable looking meat. Zero flavor. Fish and burgers were extremely overcooked and dry. Cheese on son’s burger was moldy and smelled awful. OnHe ate two bites before issue was discovered. Pickles were a strange color and rubbery. Appeared to have been frozen at one point. Tartar smelled rancid. Did not eat 70% of meal. I understand it is a hard time for many businesses, and hesitate to leave bad reviews. If it were just one or two things, I wouldn’t have. But, this was bad. Will not be returning, nor recommend.
