So this place is ok but nothing special. Roast Beef was OK but a little dry. Pizza was very average. I like the fact that it has Roast Beef because not too many places have it, but other than that, it is nothing special. If you want really good Roast Beef, go to Marcello’s in Whitman or Georgios on Pearl Street

I ordered from there a few years ago. I don’t feel that hungry to go back. The pizza is paper thin, The staff (at that time) were unprepared and not qualified to sweep the floor nevermind cook something. I hope it’s gotten better.

Of the items ordered I was looking forward to the Roast beef sandwich. With all of the other restaurants that serve roast beef at a high standard I had expectations. Unfortunately, the dry, grey shingle was not edible, I tried. The onion rings were cold and wet..not soggy, wet. The other items ordered were ok.

One thing that I alway annoyed me it’s not just this place but, when I order a cheeseburger they ask me what 4 different types of cheeseburger I want the sub, pizza and wrap or what ever it is. I spend like 5 min explaining that I just want a regular cheeseburger.

Just paid $24 for a BLT with American Cheese and a sm Buffalo Chicken Calzone. BLT had about a lb of lettuce and hardly any bacon and the Calzone was undercooked and had to be put in the oven to finish cooking. I ordered out so I didn’t have to cook yet here I am in the kitchen. So disappointed

Ordered pizza, chicken and a steak and cheese WITH TOPPINGS on it on Saturday night. My delivery driver delivered everything and I tipped $10. I open my steak and cheese to realize my order was wrong. I called Flo’s and they apologized for the error and said they will send a new order. Needless to say, I never got my order no one came and when I called there was no answer. I called the following day (Sunday) but they were closed. I won’t order here again because I don’t think they value their customers and they do not prioritize customer service.
