HIGHLY disappointed. Ordered 2 “carne asada burritos” asked (politely and said PLEASE) for the meat to be cooked at well temperature. instead i received, 2 COLD burritos that were very poorly served and took WAY to long with NO cars waiting behind me, very rude customer service, over all HORRIBLE experience.

It’s probably one of the best Mexican joints around my area. I go there cuz its as good as Albertos but just a tad less expensive, and right now, every nickle counts

Okay so there I was, pulling up to this knock off Fillibertos at *9:16PM*, attempting to order a quick dinner for my family. I shined my phones flashlight onto the unlit menu, and ordered tostadas and some enchiladas with *no sauce*. After pulling up to the window, we were told that they had no tacos. We didn’t order tacos.

Rustic. Smells like sewer inside. Poor plumbing maybe. Better when it was Betos. Asked for 2 beef tacos plate instead of chicken. (A la carte they cost the same). No we can’t! not possible. ……Crickets. .

Ive lived across the street for almost 7 yrs in December and the prices have gone up steadily and the quality and quantity have gone down… Its even been closed for some periods before coved. Sometimes they make mistakes that are overlooked like no sourcream or charge me for a side of guac that I didn’t get. The only plate I order here that is consistent is the carne asada fries. These pictures are of today’s order of 5 beef rolled tacos. I called to see what could be done and the lady said, “we use the best meat so we can’t use alot of it. That how we make them.” It’s called rolled beef tacos not rolled tortillas. She didn’t offer any solution or alternative. “The customer is definitely not right here!”

I have no words. Just ate most of my burrito and found this atleast 21/2 inch shard of wood in my Playa burrito. I have never gave in to the stigma of these restaurant chains, but after this will never attend one again. How does this even happen?
