I got shrimp Florentine. The pasta was pretty bland, but they did give me a lot of shrimp. The serving size isn’t huge considering the price. Meat lovers pizza was alright. Fried ravioli just had cheese in it, no meat. Very good customer service.

Frozen pizza tastes and looks better. Wanted to give this place a try. Ordered a 16 inch pepperoni add bacon. Lady on the phone doesn’t tell me they don’t have bacon and they add Canadian bacon. When I receive my pizza I notice the amount of toppings is ridiculous. I paid extra to have bacon that turned out to be Canadian bacon (ham) and instead of them putting regular pepperoni and adding this bacon they put less pepperoni to add Canadian bacon. Also as you will see in picture barely any cheese. Ridiculous. Almost $19 for this measly looking pizza. Never will I return. Oh yes sauce is good but doesn’t make up.

Really good spot! Food is good—not excellent by any stretch, but priced appropriately in a great atmosphere. The huge plus here is that you can bring your own alcohol. I bring my expensive wines here and have a nice Italian meal. This restaurant is a personal favorite for me.

Hidden gem in Plano. Outstanding Italian food, great service, nice ambiance – why haven’t I been here before now?! I got the tilapia and shrimp – I love seafood and they have some excellent choices. But all the chicken and veal dishes looked equally as appetizing! No sticker shock on the prices either. Want to go back and try the pizza soon.

I’ve ordered takeout from Florentina’s several times without incident, so that made this experience even more disappointing. We ordered a calzone and penne ala vodka with meatballs. Because the way they package everything, it’s not easy to check your order. So I was quite disappointed to get home, unpack my order and see no meatballs. So, I have to pack my order back up, get in my car, drive to the restaurant and get it fixed. They did fix the order, but for my inconvenience and waste of time and delay in eating, I get nothing from the manager but a “sorry about that.” This is what is wrong with tipping on take out orders – offering me absolutely nothing is unacceptable and makes never want to order take out from there again.

I can’t say enough good about this place. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, they’re always fast and on time. To top it off, while I usually order pickup, my wife and I both decided we’d had a long night tonight and ordered delivery for our family for the first time. We ordered through Slice and it was delivered by Doordash. Turns out when the Dasher picked up the order, they gave her the wrong one. One of the employees there recognized it after she left, hopped in the car with our correct order and drove it to us. I was just on the line with customer service reporting the incorrect order when they called and said they were outside with our food, saved the night and now my son is happily enjoying his pasta. Blown away by the customer service. I would give this place 2 five star ratings if I could.

Some dishes was good some wasn’t…. the veal with artichoke (as in the picture) in lemony sauce was less than mediocre… fried calamari was mediocre. They did not have tartar sauce with it, but their sauce was tasty as well. Their four cheese baked ziti and spagetti with shrimp were tasty. Mozarella capresse with balsamic glaze (as in the picture) was also tasty.

Florentina’s was delicious! We ordered the Ziti with half meat sauce/half Italian sausage and it was so full of flavor and very meaty (versus super cheesy). We also ordered the Calabrese with chicken, highly recommend if you like Alfredo pasta but with yummy mushrooms, bell peppers and artichokes. The entrees already come with some really soft simple bread (will just stick with this next time) but we also tried the garlic bread which came with marinara dipping sauce and it was okay. Overall great food, piping hot delivery, will order again.
