Food was excellent. The main issue was the restaurant seemed dirty and the staff although helpful we’re throwing dough in the back and general hygiene seemed to lack. I didn’t know Flippin Pizza was a franchise but the Flippin Pizza in Carlsbad was much cleaner.

I don’t know what they’re making the dough with for this pizza but it’s so good!!!.My kids are absolutely addicted. I am here probably at least four times a week. We order a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and six pepp roles. The staff is very polite and friendly. What else could you ask for?

Wow. Customer service here is off the charts. The pizza isn’t bad either. An employee named Christian made our experience unforgettable. He was super nice, attentive, and gave us extra garlic knots because the other ones were over cooked in his mind. This is a star employer that is building a great reputation for Flippin pizza. I will return.

This is Definitely a Pizza Dining Experience that if you miss , you’ll miss the full San Diego Experience…. They’re Assistant Manager has this fantastic and amazing pizza tossing talent ,like they used to do in the Old Town Pizzerias,I Believe his first name is Wyatt.The Pizza was excellent , thin crust,healthy toppings with perfect amounts of toppings, not too much,not too little.They also have a few really nice flat screens,all sports and big games and they even have free pay per view events for customers.There are a few Flippin pizza restaurants in San Diego, but if you want to be entertained,have some awesome San Diego Pizza,and have a Great Memory from this visit,then you must Go to the Encinitas Restaurant and ask for Wyatt,he’s the Assistant Mgr and the Awesome pizza dough tosser…..it’s a must!!!!!
