Although the restaurant itself is very small, everything about it is lovely. First and foremost, the food. Everything is fresh and they really own that about themselves. The burgers are delicious, the fries are made in house in a way that puts ‘natural cut’ claims to shame, and you can’t go without a shake. If you get one of the fruit ones they crush up the fruit and mix it in right there, you can taste the pulp and there’s nothing artificial about it. Despite being such a good restaurant, the prices aren’t outlandish. It cost me about $13 for a good portioned meal including a shake. You could get almost the same amount at a fast food chain, but the spike in quality is more than worth the extra two or three dollars. The staff is also very kind, and from the interactions they had with others that seemed to be regulars they treat their long time customers like family. I will absolutely be recommending this place and visiting again in the near future!

Amazing, beats 5guys hands down. you receive a fresh burger that isn’t drowning in grease. Add whatever toppings you want. Great fries too. Reasonably priced, definitely worth spending the extra $2 to not eat. McDonald’s. My seriously single complaint is that they aren’t open for lunch. That’s it.

The food is great. I would definitely recommend you going here for the food. But the customer service is a hit or miss. I almost order religiously every Thursday. Order the same thing for the most part, but the person in the phone needs a course on customer service. When I said “thank you,” he says “yup” I don’t expect much from a customer service aspect from businesses anymore, since the norm is to get treated with scripted greetings and facial expressions showing they don’t want to work. But if you’re at work, greet and show customers who are spending money consistently, some love and respect. That’s the only downfall on this place. But again, food is amazing, customer service is mediocre.

Food is amazing. I have come many times and each burger is delectable. Fries are a wonderful accompaniament to the burgers. Staff is very friendly, service is prompt and the atmosphere is great. I highly highly recommend this establishment.

I really WANT to give this place 5 stars, but I’ve got no idea what their burgers are like as every time I’ve called to place an order (3x in the last month) they’re closed. For example, just last night at work we had a fairly large order, yet when we went to call it in at 6pm, no answer. We double checked the website and according to that they were open at 4:30pm. We tried calling a few more times then ended up going elsewhere. Very disappointing

Unpleasant experience, waiting almost 30 minutes for my food. The scrony looking cashier can’t even fake a smile and looks very unhappy with his job. Food arrived after a long wait period and there was a hair on the burger with mediocre fries.

If you like five guys you’ll like this place. However, due to where the bathroom is, the eating area smells like a urinal deodorizer. Call it in and pick up your meal. The food is good but wouldn’t recommend eating in.

Went back again again not enough stars. 5 stars do no justice. Very pleasant people….. hands down great cheese bacon fries omg cheese and not cheap with bacon.. hand cut fries say no more… burger not frozen topping fresh and burger and topping perfect strongly recommend…

If I am craving a burger Flippin Burgers is my go to. Their burgers are consistently tasty and fresh, and their chicken sandwiches are also delicious. They are also very friendly and the restaurant has a cool atmosphere.
