I have been to Flip a couple of times and have enjoyed it very much. I have had the fish sando and the mushroom burger and they were both delicious. My husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich a lot and looks forward to trying their grass fed beef burger. The buns are soft with a pleasant taste and they have a great selection of sauces. We tried the hand cut fries this last time and they were great, a little more salty than I prefer but still really good. They serve cane sugar sodas and they have a good selection of canned beers. They also have cold water available. Their seating can be a little limited, especially outside but we’ve always found a seat. The service is excellent.

Flip is always one of my favorite restaurants to visit when I’m in town. The grilled chicken sandwich is delicious. The buns are made just down the street at Mix and are perfect. The fries are seasoned perfectly and the fry sauce is on point. I highly recommend the strawberry milkshake as well. A small restaurant inside with some nice sidewalk seating for the warmer months.

The workers were super friendly but I’m guessing they forgot to season the burger since it was getting later in the evening. It had 0 flavor. We also had the pulled pork which was great but the burger was not seasoned at all. I know using really good meat but not seasoning it at all just seems odd? $40 for two sandwiches,fries, and two drinks I don’t think we will be returning.

You get what you pay for here. The smell of the beef was what brought us in from the street. Juicy not greasy, great flavor and cooked perfectly. Had blue cheese on our burgers and it was awesome. If you put ketchup on this burger you should be thrown in jail! The hand cut fries were perfect, generous portion (enough for 2-3 people). Complimentary ice water.

Nice bun. Good meaty patty. Menu stays in its lane, not a wide range of choices but well -executed. Fries were terrific long cut and fries extra crispy which I love but may be off-putting for some. Fountain choices were a bit pedestrian for the vibe of the place and food. Good simple joint.

The staff that work here create a really sleazy atmosphere. The guy with the curly hair listens to gangsta rap while he’s on the grill and the little teenage girls dance around him. Are we in the club? I actually like the food but the 10 minutes I had to observe the staff made me ill. Hire anyone but who you already have.

I have been looking forward to trying this place out for a while now based on two different recommendations. I had heard about their recent staffing issues and called ahead of time to make sure they were going to be open this last weekend. When I called I was met with us sincerely kind of compassionate person who is genuinely happy that I was calling them. Upon arrival I was delighted to see how clean and upbeat it was in there. We were ordering for five people and they made sure to read our order back to us to make sure they didn’t get anything wrong. I love that you can decide your meat cook and so many options including many gluten-free options. I decided to go ahead and get the special of the week which is a birria grilled cheese. Even went so far to put my gluten-free bun inverted so that it would be grilled like a real grilled cheese. Everyone loved their food including the fish and chips, fish sandwich and burgers. I was also delighted to find that the thoughts and fries were crispy even after traveling a little ways and sitting for a little bit. Every single one of the sauces was unique and top-notch and excellent quality. Sometimes when eating meals like this I can feel very heavy and this wasn’t the case here it seems like they’re using high quality ingredients and oils. As they say you get what you pay for and even if it is a little more expensive it’s well worth it in my opinion. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Flip and I can’t say enough about how nice the staff was as well.

The fries were great, wonderful choice of hot sauces BUT no flavor in the burger. They did not season it, no salt, no pepper. I would not recommend this place. Looking at the place so much more was expected.
