We both got the lobster scramble. Great price great flavor great service. There isn’t parking right in front just fyi but don’t let that deter you. There’s plenty of street parking on Maine and a large public lot close by.

Second time coming to Flip. Not as impressed as the first time when it was very busy and we had a wait. This time, the hostess was preoccupied on her phone and had to be told by the cook that someone was waiting to be seated. There was only one couple already at a table. The waitress was great; knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered the same thing as the first visit: corned beef hash and eggs over easy, which was awesome in the previous visit. The eggs were perfect. The biscuit was crisp and hot. The fruit was relatively fresh. The hash, however, was a huge disappointment. The corned beef was either fatty or tough. Even the flavor seemed off. The waitress brought my check (without asking if I was done) and didn’t even ask if everything was alright. Very disappointing this time around, but I will come back and try other menu items – especially the benedicts! The cranberry mimosa was spot on!

Really enjoy an occasional breakfast here. I love their waffles and my boyfriend likes the sausage and biscuit breakfast. Haven’t really done brunch or lunch options on the menu yet but it looks good with a nice variety.

Absolutely delicious breakfast! If for no other reason, you MUST eat here if you’re craving well-made home fries! (Finally! A place that actually seasons their potatoes!) The portions were also quite generous and the prices were very reasonable! I will note that there does not seem to be free WiFi, which seems at odds with the atmosphere they’re attempting to cultivate, (how can one share what a great experience they’re having without a reliable connection?) but that detail doesn’t diminish my rating. All in all a very solid new breakfast location in Brunswick; one that I believe has the makings to be a local favorite in no time! I genuinely hope it will stick around!

An absolute delight! Sitting by the open garage door, friendly staff, delicious food! Poached eggs were cooked perfectly, hollandaise was incredible, parfait was delightful, fruit was so fresh, and a warm pancake with Nutella and strawberries, to top off the perfect meal!

The food was tasty. The hash browns were diced too small though, so small you need a spoon too eat them. I found a hair in my food and brought it too my waitress attention and they didn’t say sorry or anything they just took it and walked away. I got the lobster Benny though and that was amazing but if it was not for that I would have given one star. The hair in my food really bothered me and too not have them address it was pretty lame.

Nice little unique breakfast spot with alcohol starters to pair with their main offerings. Place not visually overwhelming but food was tasty, coffee was delicious and I ordered 6 Oz filet and eggs and steak was perfect AND they precut it so they didn’t have to send out an extra knife… impressive. Fruit included also nice touch. Will be back!!

What an amazing breakfast. Go visit them! They seem to be having issues with staff but our waiter (who was waiting on everyone) was very kind. She had great service and the food came out so quick. I’ll definitely be back, and I recommend you visit as well!
