Everything was super expensive for relatively short servings, and our food took over an hour to come out (apparently because of the rack of lamb). The portion sizes were also quite small for the price. The lamb was quite tasty though.

It’s unfair to compare Flavour as it is now compared to what it was under the original ownership, and those who have done so in the reviews are out of line and clearly think too highly of their own opinions, most of which are poorly formed pastiches of original thought. We ordered all four courses plus dessert, and the dishes were brought out in a timeline appropriate for a structured, multi-course meal. Those complaining about wait times clearly have either no experience in elevated dining, or have a secret dislike of their own company or the company of their friends or partners. The courses themselves were plated beautifully and tasted wonderful, and we had the opportunity to overhear the chefs create some dishes on the fly for a vegetarian family (to great result, from what I heard). Is Flavour what it used to be? No, and that’s exactly the point. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, the food and the service, and I’m excited to see Chef Gomez’s vision continue to grow and evolve over the coming months.

We just had a delicious dinner and wonderful experience to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Flavour Bistro in Duvall. Our hostess/server did everything to make our evening special. She made excellent suggestions for our food and wine. We enjoyed the prix fix menu (Wednesdays and Thursdays only), which we thought was a bargain for such good food. It turned out that two other couples there were also celebrating anniversaries, which made it extra special. We will definitely return.

This place was awesome. What a hidden gem. Great atmosphere, wonderful food, and excellent service. I took my wife for her birthday and they did not disappoint. They even have a couple of surprises for diners, which was fun. They are a bit pricey so come prepared. But if you want to save a little, their tasting menu is a phenomenal value. We will definitely be back, that’s for sure.

It was a very disappointing dining experience. I highly anticipated to eat unique food by looking at the menu, but every dish was too salty or oily. They were overpriced, too. (i.e. a tiny salmon dish was $60!) The service was super slow and it was freezing cold where we sat. I asked the server to heat up the room but nothing much changed. I thought we could have found a nice restaurant for the special occasion but we won’t come back again. It was an unfortunate dinner for us.

Just found my favorite restaurant! We spent our anniversary here and this is the most innovative place we have been to in several years! They kept a separate menu that they updated weekly. This is how your know their chef is always on top of things. From the truffle pop corn to the richest bone marrow, smoked cocktail to kangaroo meat, we really enjoyed a memorable night, and I’m marking this place as my new favorite and going to broadcast it to all my friends!

Absolutely delicious food with many flavors. Like how you can pick and choose courses. Many wonderful choices. I had swordfish and wonderful. Give the watermelon salad a try and it will delite. Service could be a little quicker but not terribly long. Really a nice place in Duvall.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday. An enjoyable meal with unconventional choices and an opportunity to try different things. Not crowded later on a Wednesday evening. The regular menu was complemented with this month’s (?) specials and a Wednesday “3 (courses) for $30”. We had cocktails, shared apps, entrees and desserts. Good service. Enjoyed it.
