The huge crowd over the entire restaurant is very annoying! It takes forever to get inside due to the long line Also, they charge before getting into the restaurant, that too with tips. How can I decide the amount of tips before getting the service !!! ♀️ Anyway, the food was good enough like any other hibachi buffet! Loved the stuffed shrimp! Giving 1 ⭐️ extra for that one! The dessert section wasn’t much rich though! Their employees & service was good!

Lack of food variety. Many workers but the buffet area is messy even though it’s not crowded (mid week lunch). I literally passed by a worker who was watching his phone in the middle of the hall. The food looked gross and my kid couldn’t even eat the fried noodle, which is so basic! Attaching a pic of the soup bowl I pulled. Yuck!

The dirtiest place ever, Walking through the aisle, watched people touching food with their hands, putting what they don’t want back on the trays, food piled so high spilling all over the place. I decided not to take food from there and instead went to the Hibachi so I can at least try something that hopefully wasn’t touched and put back.

The food was amazing, a wide variety of food. Service was great, THE HIBACHI WAS AMAZING you pick out ur own meat and noodles with rice!!! Sushi variety great. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, everyone minded their own business and when there are birthdays everyone has a fun time singing along! This place deserves 5 stars!!!!!!!!!

Food looked delicious but as I was walking back to my seat with the plate a roach ran across my food. I just placed the plate on the counter and walked away. Management was really nice about giving us a refund. They also found the roach and killed it immediately.

I’ve always enjoyed coming here, until the last time I stopped by. The waitress pulled a straw out of her apron and there was a baby roach attached to the end of the straw. She saw it and immediatly squashed it and was embarrassed. Not long after the supervisor came by. He offered his apologies and then offered me a coupon food for $2.50 off my next visit so long as I got a soda with my meal. Aside from being ironic it was unacceptable. I won’t ever be coming back.

To be honest with everyone this place is absolutely horrible. I went there to celebrate a graduation. I usually don’t do buffets because the public is generally nasty when it comes to being around food in a buffet setting.
