The food tasted real good and I am very difficult to please. I ordered bbq chicken, plantain, fish, boil dumplings, yam, fry over dumplings, sweet and sour chicken and liver because it’s my first time and I want to know what to order next time. I took a chance that was worth it. I haven’t tried the Chinese menu as yet but I definitely will another time. I am eating and typing so I gotta go.

Too expensive for portion size. I paid 13.50 for a small container of lo mein and some kind of shrimp and fish in a cream sauce. Portions are not big enough for what you pay. And the menu is confusing and nothing is labeled despite being set up like a buffet. So it looks fresh and good, but it is under lamps and in heating containers to keep it hot. Altogether mostly noodles and maybe 6 little shrimp and a couple of bites of salmon with veggies. The lo mein was pre made as well in a bucket. The food was tasty but I may have had a reaction to it bc I felt bad later which is unusual for me, but I also ate a bunch of cookies…but I usually don’t feel bad after cookies. Anyway I may try it again if I can clearly see a menu and prices. I was hoping it would be 6.99 but nothing is labeled and you basically point to an item and ask for it. Through glass. The lady and I were shouting at each other bc I couldn’t hear her, and she didn’t hear me ask how much it was before and started making it up-so I just accepted my fate and paid 13.50 for a dish that should have been no more than 8$. Unfortunately, despite being pretty good, I won’t pay that again. And would return, if I can keep my price point to a reasonable amount. But I left feeling ripped off, or even wondered if I was being singled out for some reason. I couldn’t believe I paid 13.50 for a small container of food. I left feeling miffed. And I left thinking maybe the woman serving had prejudice against me and “made up” the price. Since as I said before nothing was labeled. Just out. I am actually glad other people overpaid as well so I was hopefully being paranoid. It doesn’t help a neighboring business tried to scam me out of 150$ worth of printmaking cards a day or two before. Anyway if I had any advice for this place. Make a real menu, label your items with prices clearly, lower your price point and people will come back. Instead people won’t return bc it’s not worth it and they can get food elsewhere that is better value and just as good or even better-made fresh for each order.

I gave this new location chance and the food was good. My favorite there is rhe baked chicken and the chicken and pepper soup was good too. Check them out everything looks and tastes fresh.

Looka here this food is good. “Fried Rice” wasn’t that Chinese restaurant rice we are used to. It’s some type of yellow rice but with them seasonings and a scotch bonnet.

I came here because the name of the restaurant attracted me – I’m half Chinese and half Jamaican, and I would love to try a meal that blends the best of both cultures. I came here last night and ordered the sweet chill chicken with lo mein, my family got other meals like the Jerk chicken with fried rice, sweet plantains, etc. The food is very well cooked and flavorful, so I definitely recommend the food here. My only criticism is there’s not enough Chinese food selections, it’s mostly Jamaican food and seafood. I suggest adding General Tso’s Chicken, spring roll, Szechuan chicken or noodles to the menu. Please note this is a take-out restaurant and there aren’t any seating inside. If you live nearby or far away (like me, from Pennsylvania), come support this restaurant!
