Probably one of the top places to get a good burger in PA. No, I’m not kidding. They deserve McDonald’s fame, given that MCD sucks and should be replaced by this place. The employees are very friendly and nice. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

It’s an okay mall food court food. My go to is cheese fries or cheddar burger. It’s a little expensive but in a pinch it’ll do the job.

Cajun chicken sandwich was really good and the staff was super nice. The kids meal even came with a little toy bracelet for my kid.

Three weeks ago I gave this place 5 stars until this weekend I ordered the same veggie burger combo and received a very oily broken up pasty patty that looks DRASTICALLY different from patty they used to serve. When I asked “what the heck was this oily, cheesy, spicy mess I gagged on after my first bite?”, they replied that they changed vendors to save costs. PLEASE BEWARE OF THE GARBAGE THAT THEY ARE FEEDING YOU… I will NEVER ever go back there again. And their prices went up… so basically they feed you the worst quality food to save money on their end, and increase their prices to make their pockets fuller. Despicable. Probably the worst place to eat in Pittsburgh. If you are a vegetarian, vegan, or just want to eat healthy stay at bay from this place – it will make you sick.

Too high a price, mean and nasty service. I went there 3 times for just french fries and I would grab my hot dog somewhere else. Today, I decided to try their hot dog. When they asked what I wanted on it I said “Nothing, I just want BBQ sauce on the side so it doesn’t get soggy.” I didn’t get the relish or the onions or anything else. The rude owner said no I would have to pay more for some sauce (that he openly gave to a male for free right behind me), mind you I declined all the other toppings. He gets rude with me and doesn’t care at all if a customer comes back or not. Not only are all the workers family (and they make a killing, they could afford to follow diversity laws like all other businesses). I think he was mad at me because my hot dog was VERY burnt by him so all I could eat was the fries. They also advertise a medium drink with your combo, you get a small (they only have small and large, isn’t that funny).

Everything was obviously fresh and clean. Friendly and courteous staff. My gyro was legitimately delicious. I’d definitely eat there again.

Ordered ahead of three people, was the last to receive my food. I ordered the same burger as the guy two orders behind me. They also forgot my cheese, I brought it back, and they just put a cold slice in instead of heating the burger back on the grill. The burger is a glorified Burger King hamburger and the staff is rude, pushy and unattentative. They also skimp on toppings. If I want a BK burger with customer service satisfaction, I’d get it cheaper from the real deal. 70% of your drink is filled and watered down. They pinch pennies here. Will not be back.
