Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company’s mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don’t believe us, just ask the Lee family – they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.
Simple fast-food chain preparing Korean-style meat & rice bowls with no dairy, trans-fat or frying. Based on 100 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.5 stars. Price $

The few times I’ve had Flame Broilers have always been good, healthy choice of food. Simply flavored protein with blanched veggies and rice with a little raw green onions on top for freshness. I mean it’s nothing to rave about, but solid healthy option when you haven’t packed lunch. If you eat it rationally, you shouldn’t be left feeling like it lacked in any category of meat, veggie flavor, or carb. Solid all around healthy fast food.

My son and I stopped at Flame Broiler for the family meal. The cashier took our order and was very kind and efficient. Upon receiving the food she asked me if we needed plates, forks, and more napkins. We left with such a great feeling and will make sure to visit this establishment the next time we are in Fullerton again.

Always friendly, they serve my plate the way I like it. No salad extra veggies with onions. I love the pollo asado flavor they give it.

Their almost getting back to where they used to be when they first opened. The chicken is getting a lot better and the service was never slow just food quality was INCONSISTENT. They changed up their beef supplier to a higher quality it seems like and the vegetables/bowls seem to be stuffed to the brim which is what consumers like to see. Im pretty happy with the changes the last few months hopefully you guys can keep it up!

If your from Orange County or the Inland Empire, you’ve most likely heard of The Flame Broiler. It is an absolutely no-frills traditional teriyaki establishment. The food is amazingly fresh, reasonably priced, and quickly prepared. The teriyaki sauce is amazing, btw. My personal favorite is the Chicken Veggie Bowl with brown rice. Minus a star because of their limited menu. Enjoy!

Well it’s really too bad but it looks as though this location Flame Broiler has gone south just as badly as the Euclid and Commonwealth Flame Broiler is. The last 2 * I have been there I have looked at the grill and it is full of charred meat. Sure enough my meat has come out burnt. With little chunks of Burnt pieces from other people’s old meat being cooked. Anyways I use to like this place but it looks like it has gone downhill it’s too bad because it is managed by the same lady that manages the nutwood Flame Broiler. It’s just really disappointing when you get use a place being good and then it goes bad all of a sudden just makes you wonder what went wrong and do I really want to continue to take my chances eating burnt meat at this location. Peace on you:-)

Bruh I was the only person in this place and I saw 5 people walk in and get their food before me without the courtesy of acknowledgement. Someone tell the cashier to wipe that condescending look off her face too, probably have to explain to her what it means first though. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.
