I don’t know where to start. We’ve been to other five guys restaurants before. When you go in, you expect that your burger comes with the essentials, lettuce, tomato, pickles or even onions. You shouldn’t have to specify it, right? Wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger and we waited about 15 min in an empty seating area. You can tell those workers were new because the manager was there telling them how to do it. (I should have known then to cancel the order and walk away). My husband noticed it too and he reasoned this could either be the best thing that has happened or the worst thing. The latter is true. When we received our bag we walked out of there cuz we had been there for a while and when we got to the car, we opened our burgers and all I saw was buns, meat and cheese. That’s it. My husband specifically asked for grilled onions on the side, because he assumed it would come with onions. Guess where they put the onions? That’s right… inside the burger. This was the most disappointing and pricey burger we’ve ever purchased for what we got and what we expected. So if you are planning to go there because you are hungry and it is the only restaurant that survived the apocalypse, make sure to ask what comes with the burger and ask to add on the basics.

Very very good fries and also good burgers. But you have to spend more compared to other chains.

By far best fast food burger joint ever and fries are the very finest–almost always cooked up while your order is being prepped and served piping hot. Standard double burgers are huge, fresh made, and far superior to sub-par junk burger chains. Five Guys is THE PLACE. Staff far more adept, skilled, and welcoming than most burger chains.

Great place. I got there at almost closing time, and the 2 employees were also! They were very polite and received us with a welcoming smile!

Someone accidentally took our order, but the lady gave us her food and our new food with milkshakes for the inconvenience at no cost. Pretty awesome to see this type of customer service.

Love that they offer a lettuce wrap for carb conscious folks. Burgers are tasty & the shakes are to DIE FOR! Staff was friendly & patient with a first time visitor. Atmosphere was comfy for a pleasant dine-in experience

Great burgers, friendly atmosphere. Kind of skimpy on the amount of fries compared to other Five Guys stores
