First time here. I was not greeted. As I asked questions I was brushed off and felt ignored. I ordered 2 burgers 2 fried and it was $40.00. The burger was small and not so tasty. The fries were plentiful and good. No milkshake in the flavor I wanted or it seemed they didn’t want to make it. My first and last visit there.

First time at this establishment in Fairfield. Music was incredibly loud so I couldn’t really hear what the cashier was asking me when I was ordering. The AC was up too high for what the weather was outside (67). Hamburger was good and fries were hot and crispy. A large order of fries was a tall cup and some more in the bag, which I found weird. Just use a tall and a small cup instead of throwing them into the bottom of the bag. Probably won’t go back. Bathrooms were clean and the locks worked on the stalls.

This is for the Fairfield employee. Today I came in to pick up a order for 30 people. There was a glitch in the system and they did not get it. This team of employees and Manager Jumped into super over charge and got my order done in a very quick time frame. With smiles on there faces. This was also during lunch time, when they had other orders on top of my large order. Food turned out amazing and the staff was VERY HAPPY with this meal. I just want to thank them ALL for there work ethic and customer services skills. I will be using them again ( I wish I had there names so I could acknowledge them in this post).

Placed my order over phone, arrived at 5 guys. Was second in line, behind a family of 8, there was 2 registers but only one open. While I can see my order sitting over there, didn’t look like I was getting it anytime soon. When I did get my order which was 1 cheeseburger w/ lettuce, onion, tomato, jalapenos, 1 large fry, 1 shake, when I was told $ 29.45. WHAT I SAID, 5 Guys your food is not that good. Quit gouging us, we can buy filet mignon steak big enough for 2 for that price., what you cooked for me, was a skinny burger patty, less than 1 potato, cheap ice cream with strawberry mix from a 5 gallon bucket ?. I’m done with you and sharing this on all social media platforms.

First time trying five guys yesterday and from the moment I walked through the doors I had a good feeling about it. Rory was the cashier and she was patient and helpful when asking which friend she recommended. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and added jalapeños, Veggie sandwich with cheese, medium fries, and the peanut butter shake. Every employee was absolutely cordial and helpful. They hired a great team.

My first experience did not disappoint. My brother insisted I try this place after Thanksgiving before leaving and I am glad I did. I had the Double Cheeseburger and shared fries chased with a cold iced Barq’s Root Beer. Burgers made fresh and worth the wait. Simple Burger, taste and the peanuts are free!
