The food and service here is great however the Coke Freestyle machines are always out of multiple flavors. Literally the last 3 times I’ve been here they are out of popular items. I don’t know who is responsible for stocking the machines but they are letting you down Five Guys!

Regular fry came out to be a little fry. I’ve been eating Five Guys since they opened. I used to live near their original location in the Northern Virginia area so I know all about these burgers. They also forgot to add onions to my order. The prices are also insanely high. It’s good food but they are no longer a value option.

This location has some of the rudest and inattentive employees. Placing an order for a specific time does not matter, indicating when you’re on your way or in store doesn’t change when they decide to make your order, or serve it to you. When I asked if my order was ready the person was rude and acted as if I was crazy to expect my order on time. The food is still good but the service is unaccepatable.

This location has the tastiest burgers and cooked to perfection out of all the other Five Guys locations I have been to. The cashier gave me a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger so I told him of the mistake and they said it was okay that they’ll correct the order without extra charge. The fountain drink dispenser was low on soda choices though but it could be leaking or something because the floor was covered in liquid so I didn’t bother getting a refill since the worker was mopping up the area. I didn’t try their fries though because I wasn’t that hungry.
