Clean store with friendly employees. Was greeted as soon as we walked in. Had a Fantastic Little Cheeseburger with what I wanted on it. Loved the peanuts. Restroom was clean. Has tables outside. Say to see from street with good parking.

I love this place! It’s in my favorite shopping center and super easy to eat while I’m doing low carb. The workers are always super friendly and the store is always clean. I love that they have the Coke Freestyle machine so I can choose my favorite flavors! This time I got the bacon cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and A1 sauce. The burger was cooked perfectly and the bacon was crispy. Yum!

Trust me the food tastes a LOT better at the Five guys on Sierra Avenue. I made the mistake and ordered a Cheeseburger & fries for work from this place and the fries were literally drenched and covered in salt it wasn’t even edible. The cheeseburger had no flavor to it either I was highly disappointed because I usually look forward to their burgers. I called the manager up there and before she even said hello she was complaining about an elderly customer that had hit her head up there while I was on the phone. As I proceeded to tell her about the quality of the food she just told me they don’t season their meat at all and didn’t seem to care about the fries being salty. As a matter of fact she didn’t seem to care at all. When I told her that’s okay I will try another location she said ok thank you and hung up. I threw all of it in the trash. Waste of money, Sierra Avenue location is a lot better than this one.

$25 before tax for a cheeseburger combo (meaning one cheeseburger – with 1 beef patty, regular fry & a regular fountain drink). Not even Cheesecake Factory charges that much & they make all their food from scratch. YIKES

Yes! Also yes! Umm… if you’re wondering why you should check Five Guys out, well for starters build your own burgers, cheese burgers, hot dogs. Variety of condiments to choose from for your entree. The fries are a amazing, especially Cajun style, and the portions are generous too, l love that you can snack on peanuts while you wait. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Environment is clean, and service is fast.

We walked in at 9:50 PM asking for two burgers, he only charged us for one comes back exactly at 10:00 PM apologize and charges us for the 2nd burger turns around and is told by his fellow worker that since it’s 10 PM we are closed and will not make the 2nd burger despite of being at fault. Refused to give manager’s name or their own names. Horrible attitude! I’ll be reaching out to corporate as well.

All I can eat is protein and fat on my diet. These guys basically charge for a entire burger when only a pattie is ordered. It’s a rip off but it’s their business and they can do what they want and I don’t have to eat there of course. When that changes and greed isn’t taking over I’ll adjust my review. This shouldn’t cost $14.
