Everyone is as friendly and helpful as I’d expect. There’s always a wait when we arrive for pick-up and sometimes it can take a bit to get our milkshakes but it’s nice that they don’t melt. Really love their burgers.

Used the online ordering so it is fast and convenient. They send you a link to have them start your order. I do this halfway there so its is ready and I can just pickup and leave. Come to find out they don’t start your fries until you get there. All the while your burgers are getting colder as you wait. Why have the link if you don’t use it correctly.

Cashier Rebecca S is extremely rude. Rolls her eyes a lot, no professionalism whatsoever. Happens every single time we come here. Might be worth it to just drive the extra 15min to go to the one on Broadway, at least they don’t have a cashier who rolls her eyes at everything over there.

I give it a five star just because of the simple fact that mr. Beto took care of me. He was very courteous he attended to me immediately he explained the menu precisely gave me all the options and took care of me with awesome customer service. The burger I ordered was a bit pricey for a burger but the taste is like home and the presentation is awesome the the french fries are delicious. Also while you wait you can have as many peanuts as you’d like something to keep you occupied cuz everything is made fresh there is a wait but the wait is worth the price
