I have been a repeat customer of Five Guys for many many years, but the prices have truly gotten insane. A burger and fries was $18 which would be okay, except that they didn’t even do a full topper on the fries, telling me it was policy to do a half topped for a small fry order (first time I’ve been told this in my life) and proceeded to tell me “it’s always been that way” which is just plainly not true. Now I hadn’t been to this particular location for almost 2 years, so I figured it may have changed in that time, but the way the staff reacted was so rude and unprofessional. No apologies, no acknowledgement of my experience, just “that’s policy, not my problem.”

The entire staff at 5 guys Burgers and fries were very friendly and helpful. This was mine and my son’s 1st time here and they took the time to explain everything to me on top of that Solomon the prep cook on the. Oven top was phenomenal. The boy can cook his a** off my taste buds Completely blown away i highly recommend coming here and have Solomon cook your Burger personally. I give him 100 stars. Everybody was happy smiling and made me feel the same way for my lunch. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Me and my son are completely happy and so are our taste buds. I will be bringing my family back.

First let me say I LOVE Five Guys, but this review is about this particular location. I enjoyed this place! The staff was very friendly, the food was cooked to order, and it was all done with a sense of urgency so you know that staff was putting their best foot forward (that’s hard to fine these days). At the end of the day, the staff was great, the food was great, and you left feeling like they valued your patronage. Nice! Stop in when you are in the area!

Food was great, service was fine. I did not have to stand by the register for more than a minute before someone came to take my order, and the food was being handed to me 5 minutes later. Fast good food.

major price gouging, thirty dollars for 2 burgers and small fries. meat was half the size of the bun, over 5 dollars for a small fry, If i wanted more fries, i would buy a large. would rather pay less than have them dump more fries in the bag. I guess this is what you get when you have to pay kids 15 bucks and hour to make cheeseburgers. 3 employees, 15 bucks an hour,= 45 bucks an hour. We are paying for it.

I had a cheeseburger and small fries and I paid almost 20 dollars for it. I find that insane, even if it was a good sized burger. But very greasy and the bun was soaked and fell apart. The atmosphere in there has the feel of a bus station. The girl behind the counter was nice and did her best. Overall 3 stars.

My cheeseburger was made fresh the way I wanted it! I bought the “little” cheeseburger, but it was regular size, nothing little about it? I don’t go out much for fast food, but this is definitely a favorite!
