We have been to this Five Guys twice now and each time, it has been a good choice for a burger and fries. The service has always been quick and the fries crispy and well seasoned. You can’t beat their Cajun fries in a regular or large size to share.

Great food. Never disappoints. The fries are always good, and they give you a lot. Free refills. The quality is way beyond fast food (at least in the US). I lived in Boulder for 7 years now and it’s hard to come across a burger place that sells for this quality and price. However, I wish they would introduce Halal meat or Kosher given that there are many Muslims in Boulder.

Five Guys has always been my go to burger place. If I’m going to spend the money and clog my arteries, that’s the place. Been telling friends for years that the one thing that you can count on is the consistency at FG’s. “Never disappointed”, I would say. But now I’m eating crow. The last 4 orders they’ve left the sauces off my order. I’m beginning to get paranoid that they have my picture behind the counter. I guess the consistency is still there. Consistently shorting my order. I’ll just have to try another FG’s and see what happens the next time I need a fix.

I have been to this location plenty of times, and the food is always fantastic, but my recent visit with family was truly remarkable! We ate lunch here on Tuesday 11/22 between 11:30a-12:30p and the staff at the time was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The cashier was so patient and helpful to my in-laws and the cook/counter staff were beyond friendly. It really made our experience memorable! Also, the bathroom was the cleanest I had ever seen it there. I was truly impressed! Thank you Five Guys staff for making our lunch a special and memorable time for our family!

Great food and portions but the customer service could definitely be improved. When placing an order over the phone (and when picking it up in person) I was engaging with someone who only response was to say “solid” and then intentional wrote “Karen” as my name instead of what I told him. Rude and uncalled for. The prices have also gone up compared to when I was last there and they did not include (nor have accessible) the additional items I needed such as napkins and ketchup.

Excellent burger joint for those needing just a good ‘ol burger and fries. Clean establishment with friendly staff this Five Guys has plenty of room for guests inside and out. Patio seating is adjacent to ample parking in view of those fast food competitors that can’t hold a candle to Five Guys amazing burgers. The best eats on the 29th Street Mall in Boulder.

I have liked Five Guys since I lived in the DC area (before they went national). This location is always clean and the food is excellent! To top it off, the people who work here are kind, friendly and smile while working. That tells me they have a good work environment, good leadership and enjoy each other.
