Music too loud. Is this a club or restaurant?!? Also, the prices are insane for a burger and fries. Cheese burger is $11.21 and regular fries are $6.11. Lolol this isn’t California. First time back in a long time and the last for a loooong time.

The food is good but I’ve eaten here 5 or 6 times now and my burger is never correct. Once I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. I always order no pickles but always get them. Today I asked for mustard but got ketchup.

I visited on a Friday & they didn’t take my order because they were “too busy”. Which I thought was a little rude. I wasn’t in a rush, but it’s many other restaurants around so I went elsewhere. Maybe bring in more staff for the weekends.

I haven’t been to Five Guys in a while and I completely understand the other reviews I read on saying the quality is bad. However I was absolutely amazed as how the burger tasted! It’s really amazing. The customer service is decent not anything special. However the food is absolutely amazing. I didn’t try the fries however I hear they are great also.

I wouldn’t come back here because this place does not has the proper conditions to eat. The tables are dirty, the bathroom had water in the floor and I almost fell. They do not sanitize the tables properly after people eat. I had to clean my own table because it was dirty, and I saw how they just threw the food to the floor when they cleaned other table. The manager needs to do something about it, I will feel embarrassed running a place like that. Is not attractive to do eyes, the smell is bad, its not clean, and the customer service could be better.

This 5guys is always superb in cleanliness, staff is always diligently working, and everyone seems to work very well together. The manager seems like he’s always working and always on the front end with his staff working the same jobs as his staff. Great manager, great store, great food! Though it ain’t cheap, I always enjoy a 5guys burger to a whataburger
