Love this place! Both hamburgers and hot dogs are delicious. They tend to serve an excessive amount of fries <3 both cajun and regular fries are really good. And if that was not enough, they also have amazing shakes!!! One of my favorite places for burgers for sure!!

I have been waiting for my 5 Guys fix all week. I drive out of my way to get there at 1:30pm and they are “Closed for Maintenance”! Really, during lunch? It just seems something that could be done at the beginning or end of the day. Am I’m supposed to call first? Not happy!

LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE. I love Five Guys I legit go every week almost, but at this particular location, I placed a phone order, the woman with whom I placed the order with got the order wrong and when I came into the store to get my food, I heard the order and told her to change it cause that is not what I wanted so instead of simply changing the order she begins to ARGUE WITH ME about what I said on the phone. Look little girl. I don’t care what you think I said. Misunderstandings happen. JUST CHANGE MY bloody ORDER. She doesn’t. And I get this weak little Bacon Burger with NO condiments just the bacon & the patty. I hate to rail against my own people but that attitude of this black woman was completely unwarranted. I don’t know if y’all got and Issue with phone orders or smn but please don’t argue with me when I’m trying to correct my order.
