Barely Hyuman Anomaly
Haven’t eaten here in years so thought it’d be a good idea to try it with a co-worker, and they got my order wrong. Wouldn’t be a big deal had management given me a full refund, but instead it took me coming out to the location after hours and only getting half of my refund. Shame that my first visit to five guys in years had to be such a let down. Maybe you’ll have a better experience, but I certainly won’t be back.

I drove 45 minutes to pick up lunch for a Dr office that is south of them 50 miles …it’s a good thing I had the first 3 orders because they had all the orders mixed up..some were skimpy on fries …nothing was labeled as to what burger was what with the little red numbers like normal…very disappointed!!! Even told them this order needs to be right because it’s for so far away. And they even got a cash tip!! The kid at the register tried his best but when the cooks get it all mixed up there’s not a lot he can do

Five Guys always has good food. It’s a chain place, so it’s always almost identical. The fry portions are good. The burgers are cooked properly and covered in all the stuff you want. It was clean and the food came out in a decent amount of time.

When the food is correct it’s good but it’s now been wrong 3 out of the 5 times we’ve been to this one. Not sure why you even have a hamburger option on the register when you make them cheeseburgers every time. Shame
