The food is good. Burgers are great, and they give you tons of fries. Downfall? It’s waaay too EXPENSIVE! Burger fry and shake was over $25!! Customer service needs some work. Especially attention to order details. Ordered a Vanilla shake, didn’t get it. I normally don’t get a drink as I have water back at work. So it slipped my mind that it was ordered. It happens. But why didn’t they make it is the bigger question? I did pay for it. Asked for refund over phone (back at work) and was told to come in. Can’t do that. I felt there was no accountability and they wanted me to use my gas, my time for a simple Visa refund. Lesson learned.

I’ve never been to five guys before and lemme tell ya. It is good. I pulled in on Friday night and had hard time finding parking spot. Surprisingly it wasn’t too crowded inside I think it’s just a layout of Geneva commons “ downtown strip” part. A lot of people get dinner on Friday night and all the restaurants are back to back to each other in a small area.

The service was great and the food was delicious as always. I also love the peanuts from Five Guys. They are known for delicious burgers and homemade fries, but let me tell you about the peanuts! They are phenomenal!

Great place for burgers! I ordered a “little cheeseburger” with everything on it and it was delicious. The “little” burger is almost he size of a regular burger. They don’t offer combos though. Fries are really good and a medium size feeds about 2-3 people. Must try!

I truly enjoy five guys. I eat it very limited since my son is highly allergic to peanuts. So when I do get the chance to have five guys I always am excited! (Like today) but sadly it was a very bad experience… and I’m a believer of second chances.. as last time I came here they charged me double for my order and the fries were extremely soggy. I gave it another try. Today I went back super excited! And sadly the fries were EXTREMELY Soggy. We went right when they opened , so I don’t understand why they would be so cold and soggy. I’m really disappointed since I even left a very generous good tip. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. I couldn’t even eat the fries.

Always good. When I was on my low carb diet 12 years ago I came here literally every week for 11 months. Lost 60 lbs btw and have largely kept it off.

placed an order and it was made wrong and undercooked may 2nd(literally got a free shake when picking up order bc they messed up a choc shake), was promised a refund may3, may 10 comes around I call and was promised a call back in 45 mins when next shift manager came in no call back, may 17 comes and I call back no answer so I call customer support they issue me a refund right away, then I hear from richie Friday may 19 and he can’t do it because they rebooted his system and gives the option of waiting until Monday or him calling back later. I work 3rd shift so neither of these options are ideal but I go with Monday. Today is Tuesday, I called customer support because I did not hear from them again. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a refund!!

Sad to see this place fall from grace, prices were expensive a few years ago but this is just outrageous.

Burgers and fries used to be great, but quality has slipped and prices have gone way up. The marketplace now has much better burgers(e.g. Wayback, Freddy’s, Beef Shack), but at better prices. Fries are more mushy than crisp. What’s odd is that the Florida locations have great fries, but the Illinois locations seem to be cutting corners to make more money and aren’t very concerned about the product they are serving. I used to recommend this place, but I now tell everyone to avoid them and send them to a better place.
