Good food, but value is lacking. Tiny burger that doesn’t cover the bun, small fry and large drink is $18.50 out the door. It’s tasty, but not that tasty. We used to eat 5 guys 3-4 times a month, now it’s about every other month.

Not the best 5 Guys visit I have had and yes probably the worst. Service was good. Inside was clean. Meal was hot. Fries looked to be an hour old and tasted like cardboard that was dropped into a salt bin. The burger was all sorts of a mess when I unfolded it from the aluminum foil. I ended up eating it with a fork because I couldn’t hold it. Should have read the reviews before I went here.

Prices continue to increase, but portions are shrinking. What used to be a small order of fries a year ago has become a medium. This location is always short staffed but clean. I’m always amazed that the staff are still so friendly despite everything else being so poor.

Food was good, the service is generally good but slow. This trip 2pm on a Sunday both ice machines were empty, 1/3 of drink options were empty, ketchup was empty and tables were not cleaned. But, over half the staff disappeared after the 5-6 of us in the store were waited on- go figure.

Good food but it costs way too much for what you order? Two burgers and two sodas shouldn’t cost 27 bucks imo

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The burgers are fabulous, the fries are delicious, milkshakes are phenomenal. But the BEST part of this place is the PEOPLE. Whenever my wife and I come here, we feel so taken care of and the folks here are so nice. So get yourself over here, get yourself some good food, and say hi to these guys. I’d give a sixth star if Google could count that high.
