This place is really popular and is always busy. The burgers are always a pleasant experience because there are multiple combinations to choose from for your taste buds. I recommend 5 Guys to everyone who wants the best burger in the city!

Found a piece of a plastic bag in my burger! So gross. This was done maliciously by one of the three workers. The employees were snickering at us because one of us is Trans! Felt very uncomfortable and should have listened to our instincts and not have even ordered because we felt unwelcome from the start. I will say the the shift supervisor was apologetic and gave us our money back, she was the only good employee!

The bacon burger I had was good enough, but the prices are quite high. Even Kopps burgers are tastier but less expensive (and bigger) than Five Guys. The Cajun fries were fire though so at least they have that going for them

The burger was OK at best, The fries were strangely undercooked, soggy, and burnt. 6 pm ish most tables are unoccupied and dirty. Waited about 15 minutes no one came out to clean tables down. Lots of talking & phone activity behind the counter.

Food was good, cheeseburger was very big. I wasn’t expecting 2 patties on a standard order. Next time I would get one patty. FF were hot and I ordered a small, but my bag was FULL of fries. I threw most of them away since I was dining alone. Too much food. The small fry order appeared like it should fill a small paper cup for $5. That’s too much $$$. But $5 for the amount of fries I got was good had I been with my family. I’m not sure that’s typical though. My meal was over $20 for cheeseburger, FF, and a drink. That’s too rich for me. It was good, but at that price I won’t go back. The restaurant was near the big mall entererance and it was very cold in there. I took my food to go. Too cold to eat in.

Decent burgers. Not great, not terrible. Definitely not cheap either. Tasty but a bit soggy. Hard to keep the burger from falling apart. Ordered the large fries and apparently that means “enough fries to feed a small village for a month.” Certainly got our money’s worth with those. The enclosed photos were what was left AFTER 2 of us had eaten our fill of fries! Would I eat here again? Probably. If I ever need 34lbs of fries, definitely.

I love their food. It’s filling yet tastes good. You can get your burgers practically any way you want it dressed with any number of condiments or toppings. On my way home from the doctor’s office on January 30, I picked up some lunch from there. Double Pattie bacon burger( no cheese) , A-1 steak sauce, grilled onions, and sweet relish with the fries that taste better than where I work, which is McDonald’s!
