My family has now tried this place 5 times. Only on the first visit when we dined in was the order done right. When we did carry out most of the orders were wrong. We decided to try dine in again and still 2 of the orders were wrong. We really like the burgers but they’re too expensive for orders not to be made right.

It makes me feel like I ate to much everytime I eat here. their burgers are great and feel like you ate a brick when your done. I always get a shake with mine but, the burger and fries is more then enough. Enjoy!!!!

Burger was a bit soggy when I got the same thing I usually do so not sure why. But still good compared to a lot of fast food burgers and the fresh fries definitely hit. Also. feels like five guys has gotten kind of expensive?

Literally every physical aspect of this was amazing, the food and shake was amazing. However, the price was outrageous, there is no universe where you should be paying 25$ for a burger fries and a shake. The fries alone were 6$, granted they give you a boat load but I didn’t even really want that many, I’d rather spend 3$ and get half the amount I was given.

Their burgers are still fresh, but the service is slipping and they are starting to price themselves out of my life. I can get a bar burger for a lot less, and get half the attitude from their staff. I hope it was an anomaly, and it gets better. I just don’t think it’s what it was, and I definitely will be skeptical about going there again soon.

Not impressed. Bun was soggy, I didn’t ask for extra anything but I had 9 pickles on my burger and the mayo was dripping off. And a ton of grease. Way to high priced for what I got.

This was my first time at 5 Guys. I loved the burger there was flavor of the meat. The condiments did over power the meaty favor. The fries being fresh cut reminded me of my Grandma cafe from the 1950’s. It was a bit pricey compared to the fast food places, but after eating the food it was well worth the price. I can’t wait till one opens in Davenport.

Giving it a 3 stars for this location. 1 star for cleanliness and 2 for food quality. It’s missing star number 4 and 5 due to the lack of quality customer service and for the $27 dollar meal for one. #bemorelikeInNOut

Stopped at Five Guys on my way home from work. Very minimal wait time. And nice outdoor seating. I had a hamburger all the way and a fry. By the time I was done I ended up going back in and ordering a salted caramel shake with bacon. Everything was delicious! Staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to help the customers.
