My son loves it here so I’ve been several times. The burgers are really good and I love the fact that the fries are fresh and made to order. The problem is they were soggy and drenched in salt. I have clumps of salt on my plate. I like my food to be seasoned but I’m not going to continue to spend $8 for fries that I can barely eat because they’re bathed in salt. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with them. The management/owner needs to instruct staff to do better. I don’t think I’ll be back.

When you test the food and service on a 1 item carryout to decide for a late evening carryout order of 27 people and it’s less than desirable, twice, you just place your orders elsewhere. Increase the nights revenue ($500.) where you feel confident it’ll be done right.

I’m from ontario and had heard a great deal about five guys and it was something I had to try when I got the chance. When I was waiting for our order a lady asked how my day was going with a smile on her face. We chatted while she filled our order and I found out she purchaed that franchise location 3 months ago. Paid over $40 for 2 burgers, share a fry and a drink. The people working forgot one of the patties on my burger. Even though everything was just cooked, the fries were completely soggy appearing to be cooked in old, cooler oil. For fast casual, definitely better options out there. With this particular experience, Burger King would of been better.

This specific Five guys location needs to work on their operations. I made a web order for my family dinner. I arrived at the time they said the order would be ready. I responded appropriately when asked if I arrived. I walked up to the pick up area they they didn’t have my order. Actually, they completely missed my online order and started working on it as soon as I asked for it. I waited patiently for the order. I received my order in about 15 min. I got home and opened up my bag and they left out 2 burgers. I had to go back and pick up my burgers which they stated was still there in a separate bag. Understand that this was our dinner and the inconvenience of having drive 15 min each way to pick up the 2 burgers was a real pain, but I still needed to get dinner so I called explained the situation. They said to come back for the burgers and a refund. When I arrived they said they threw away the burgers. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional. I would give them 1 star but gave another for the refund of 2 burgers.

This is pretty good fast food. And the burgers and fries were ready pretty fast too. The strawberry shake was smooth, creamy, and delicious. Love the amount of fries even with the little fry order. The staff was very friendly too. I do not know how they justify their prices though. The cost of the fries, burgers, and even the shakes seem a tad bit high.
