Although I’ve had bad experiences at the Southfield location that actually led to a corporate complaint, we decided to order to give them another shot, and it was great. Maybe it’s new management, but whatever it is, we were pleased with our most recent experience. Parking is shared with multiple businesses, so good luck getting something close in the early evening.

Great food, but kind of slow considering they were not busy at all. Every table was duty and had food on it. Staff never made any attempt to clean tables off so there were a nice places to sit. Multiple different customers including myself were forced to grab napkins and clean their own tables removing dirty food from previous customers. Meanwhile staff was standing round and getting your own beverages from the drink machine.

The food It’s great!!!!!! the people are friendly !!!!!!the stores clean!!!!! The restrooms are very clean compared to other restaurants I feel like this is a very well run 5 guys. It seemed like very well organized behind the counter And the ladies knew what they were doing. Like my old wood Shop teacher used to say it’s hard to find good help these days…

So I ordered a single patty burger with cheese, small fry and small coke. The total was $21 !!!!!!!! I was appalled and voiced my shock. The employee actually laughed. He said that they have raised the prices 5x !!!!! I can make better burgers and fries at home for way less. I paid my bill and ate the food but it was not worth it at all. I’ll never ever be back.

The Little Bacon Cheeseburger was tasty! However, apparently Five Guys no longer fills the bag with fries. This was a complete shock after paying $5.19 a little cup of fries. I am very disappointed.

Food was hot and fresh. The downside, we were the only people inside and it took over 10 minutes to get a burger bowl and burger wrap, no fries ordered.

Please stop offering pick up orders. If you aren’t going to pay attention to the tickets coming in. Every single time we order… We have to wait an additional 20 minutes after our pickup time because, the burgers aren’t even made.
