The family and I have never been to Five Guys, so we thought we would give it a try while in the area. Staff was super friendly, and our order was correct and freshly prepared. The burger was really good, and the cajun fries were excellent. I actually took the cajun fries home and mixed them with pulled pork and cheese later that evening. Very tasty. Store was very clean, but outside seating area is surrounded by a little too much hustle and bustle. Only real complaint was it seems a bit expensive for what you get, but what isn’t nowadays.

Five guys has a good theme going. The atmosphere left me needing just a bit more, and at this particular location was not impressed with the service. The food, although not run of the mill, just doesn’t stand out to me. But a decent experience none the less. This is a place you will have to visit for yourself and decide whether you absolutely love it, or put it on your list of acceptable burger joints to eat at list. 4 out of 5

good service, good food, 90 degrees temp outside and like 55 degrees in here, too cold to enjoy my dining experience, my fries got cold too quick, music was too loud although i heard songs i like, quality of hamburger way better than competition across the street. i want to come back but will dress for winter and not order the fries. bummer because they are freshly made. i saw workers preparing food, training and cleaning. milkshake good too. music is loud like a bar, where is the alcoholic beverages? next door at taco place.

Came in for a small take out order, and happened to tip before paying. The manager was super thankful and gracious. Saying the inshop workers split the tips, and have been working very hard. I appreciated how excited he was for the teens to get a tip, and went a step further and tipped each teenager a free sandwich from Jimmy John’s! Thank you guys for your great service and welcoming atmosphere! Much love!

Food just isn’t that good at this location and restaurant could be cleaner. Staff are not always attentive to basic orders. Food is also extremely expensive for what you get. Would not recommend. Go to Culver’s instead.
