I decided to try a tik tok food hack today, the grilled cheese with a hamburger patty added(pickles and jalapeños added for my choice) . To say the least it’s easily the best thing on the menu. Customer service is always great and I had no wait at all.

Great food and fast service. I had my burger ran through the garden. It may have been messy but it was well worth it. Then came the fresh cut fries with a spicy seasoning on them. I ate a few peanuts while I waited. For a single bacon cheese burger and small fry it came 15 and some change, but the burger was delicious. Will go back. Very clean and nice.

It’s delicious. How can you not love a burger as thick as 2 patties put together from any other restaurant? Plus you get more fries than you can handle, even if you order the lil fry. Haven’t tried the shakes yet, but I’ve heard great things, oh, and the cheese dog with mustard and onions was the bomb too!

Here is the scoop ! Wanted something different, so we went here. With a now hiring sign that says $17 + a hour starting wage…. I knew it would cost more. Let’s back up…. Food was very good. Burger, was full of flavor, as were the fries ! Service was quick and efficient. Now…. Back to the price. Yes the price was high, but with that type of pay for their employees, you should expect that, AND…. AND… I’ll pay a bit extra for good fresh food.

My order was missing couple items and I had to drive back to the store, I was very upset and yelled at one of the employees, her name was Taira. I was pretty rude to her but she handled the situation calmly and was very polite to me. She stayed 100% professional the whole time. People makes mistakes it’s not a big deal but I made it a big deal and she handled the situation really well. I hope she gets rewarded by her manager for being a champ!

The cheeseburgers are delicious and the Idaho Falls potato fries are the best! Customer service was excellent. All that good food comes at a high price. Prepare to drop some cash because inflation and wage rates make this an expensive dinner.

Food was good and was up to par with standard Five Guys quality. This was our first visit to the Ontario location. My one critique was that we all know Five guys is known for the extra fries they drop in the bag at the end. The employee literally dumped 6 or 7 extra fries which was probably the smallest regular fry I ever got from Five Guys and certainly not worth the 5 or 6 bucks we paid. Burgers were get good as usual. Just to give an honest review I will probably steer clear of the Ontario location for future Five Guys visits. First impressions are very important and skimping on the fries isn’t par for the course in my experience when visiting Five guys.
