This place is good. The food arrives in a timely fashion and the employees are consistent with their output. The prices are more than other burger places but the food is high quality and prepared well. The facility is clean. And all condiments are well stocked. Would reccomend.

Five guys always slaps!! I love how they drop your fries fresh once you pay for your order but if you’re in a rush calling ahead you can tell him to go ahead and drop your fries so you can just grab your meal and go.

Went there today at 9:20 pm with my daughter. Honestly, This five guys is the best five guys I’ve been to in the Cleveland area. The staff is amazing and helped with all my needs. The food was amazing, fresh, and tasty. restrooms are kept in top condition as well as the store , kitchen area, and dining room. Well recommended

I get food from this location about once a month or so when I am in the area visiting my mother. Generally I order from the web in my car when I arrive and it has never taken more than 10 minutes for my order to be made nor has my order ever been wrong or of poor quality, which is greatly appreciated. Staff is attentive and friendly. Definitely a good location, as is any Five Guys that I have ever visited.

Let me preface this by saying I rarely do fast food and I do love a good burger. I’ve only had Five Guys once several years ago and wasn’t impressed, but I needed dinner and figured it would be better than one of the other places. Ordered a bacon burger and a bacon dog. Somehow they managed to forget the bacon on both. I liked the way they did the dog overall and the fries were great, but I found the burger to have no redeeming qualities at all and once the price is factored in, definitely not some place I’ll visit again regardless of the extra fries dumped in the bag.
