This place was busy! You can get made to order hot dogs and hamburgers with a large selection of toppings. The employee at the register was friendly I took our order quickly. We ordered hamburgers with our select toppings. The hamburgers were juicy seasoned right and pretty good. We also ordered a large fry which was certainly enough for the four of us to share. Our order was done in a short time. Why I gave it only three stars was because the counters were dirty the tables outside the store to sit at were dirty the garbage cans were overflowing… And I realized they were busy but sometimes that needs to be attended to as well so the customers can sit outside the store and eat at a clean table. They were all out of ketchup/cups. We asked twice and finally someone got the cup so we could get ketchup. I might try it again when it’s a little less busy…

This made me sad. I got some little cajun fries and they were good. However the burger (a little cheeseburger all the way) tasted exactly like a Burger King Whopper. Burger King sucks and I just paid roughly 9$ for a whopper.

The team opening the Easton location on 6/8 were SO kind and took my gluten/wheat allergy seriously. They changed their gloves countless times to ensure no cross-contact and really made me feel like they took care to give me a safe experience. Thank you guys, you are awesome!

Horrible food and slow service. The burgers were horribly made and the sodas were flat. This is a bad Five Guys location. Go elsewhere and get a better burger and service.

I go here frequently, maybe 2-3 times a month. Food is always very tasteful, hands down one of the best burger places in Columbus! The young men that work there are also very well trained. The young tall dark skinned man is very nice, he has “wonderful” customer service. The other young man, (might be Asian not sure) he is also very nice and patient. Over all a good experience every time I go, although sometimes the fries are REALLY salty, kind of tasting like my sweat after a good work out.

I tried this location for the first time and it wasn’t as great as I thought it would be. I agree with other reviewers they don’t follow order instructions well. I’m such a simple person so if you mess up my order something is definitely wrong lol.
