Hamburger was good, but the service was not the best. Parking lot is on the side you walk into the shopping center to get to Five Guys.

Super disappointed. I was visiting town. Looked on the web to see what was open and was happy to see a 5 Guys. Walked the half mile only to find a hand written note on the door stating that they were “closed for maintenance”. How hard is it to update the site??

Yikes. Employees too busy cutting up with each other to pay attention to their customers or the job they’re doing. Burnt burgers, Katsup dispensers…one broke and one empty…both dirty. Floor in the customer area slick from grease. Way too expensive of a meal for that kind of service.

Hamburgers are good. But service is just “so-so”. Staff clearly is more interested in its conversations than in customers. And since they’re clearly visible at all times, it seems more obvious. However, they were friendly & courteous when taking the order or handing me my food. The atmosphere got low scores because it is GREASY from floor to walls to tables.

I don’t usually leave 1 star reviews because I don’t consider myself a Karen but here it goes.. I placed my order on the app since I was at work I didn’t want to waste too much time on my lunch break. I walk into the restaurant and the lady at the register just disappears. A few minutes after just standing there one of the employees yells at me from the back “Do you need to place an order?” So I politely replied and stated that I already placed an order online. So after another few minutes, someone comes back to the register and asks for my order. I (again) politely responded that I have already placed an online order. She was so rude to me at this point and she cut me off and said “well, what’s the name on the order?” So I tell her and never heard anything back. I had to ask another employee for my cup to fix my drink. Then I waited another 10 minutes for someone to scream my name when the order was finally ready. Keep in mind I only ordered a regular small hamburger, a small order of fries, and a small drink, and all of this cost me over $18. I think I’ll pass on Five Guys next time. Don’t get me wrong, the food was—and always is—very delicious. I just don’t think it’s worth the hassle.

Came here for a carryout order on 3-23-21 at 6:15pm. The lady dressed in all black uniform (manager?/ leader?)…. asked me if anyone helped me yet. I can barely speak at all, so I showed her my phone for the name. She asked me 4 times, louder and ruder each time stating she doesn’t need to see my phone, embarrassing me in front of everyone in the restaurant. How rude and uncalled for. Then points directly into my face while walking off and says ”you can wait for this order to come to you”.
