Servers are “yeah whatever” and run it haphazardly. Food is still great – hey, its Five Guys! Just depends on what crew is serving perhaps. If you know exactly what you want, just be prepared to wait longer than usual and watch for your order – if you stand outside, there is no speaker. If you have questions, good luck. The Oxford hiring practices may be a little more lax than other areas. I’ve only been once. I’m all for 2nd chances so I will update this review as I try them again soon. Stand by.

Not one employee spoke when I walked in the door to pickup dinner. Everyone acted as if they didn’t see me, even though there was only one other guy in the store. I immediately made my way to the pick up area. Once again I stood there in complete silence, but it was obvious that my attempt to be pleasant to the employees was all for naught. They were not going to wait on me or acknowledge my presence, much less give me the food I ordered online. After stating my three letter name on THREE occasions, I was told my fries were still cooking. Several minutes later, I left with two small burgers and a cold cup of greasy fries. Overall a horrible experience, less than acceptable food, and a store full of employees that don’t value the very people that are making their jobs necessary and are helping to pay their hourly wage. As someone that travel often, I have never walked into a Five Guys without being greeted by every employee and receiving hot food in a timely manner. Five Guys may need to consider additional training at the Oxford. MS location or start the hiring process for people that actually want to work.

Burgers are always good at Five Guys. The shop here was decently clean and the fries good as always. The cash register server seemed uncomfortable with her role in taking food orders and dealing with customers. Maybe it was her first day? Maybe she didn’t know she was supposed to be welcoming? But the other people working in the shop were warm and helpful – hard having the front person not treat you so good tho.

five guys is pretty good!!! the fries are always fresh and hot. I can also tell that they take pride in having a clean restaurant. I had the blt today and the back on was crispy and the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh. the folks behind the counter were nice. and the sweet tea was great as well! the only reason I give 4 stars is because the fries were kind of thrown haphazardly in my bag.

Went to 5 guys for the first time today. You can get a bigger, cheaper burger that tastes just as good anywhere else. Felt like I got robbed.

Meh regarding service but the food is Five Guys good as usual. It’s so cold inside that we had to eat outside.

The inside temperature of the dining area was around 45F! I don’t think this is a place to eat a meal. If you can eat in your car.. then, it is ok.

Great burgers is always but I don’t understand the price point system here and why everything is so high?! You can easily spend $20 to $25 on a junior size Burger with fries and a shake. I do love their French fries being hand cut fresh everyday and really makes a difference and the burgers are always delicious.

Clean restaurant. Food is hit or miss at this location. Lots of fries. Extra cheese is free on your burger, and worth it. Stay away from the bacon, they let it sit for too long before making fresh batch.

$25 burger, fries and Coke….I expected more from one of my favorite food chains. Counters looked they were layered with grease, floors looked like a five year old mopped them, last week. No carbonation in the Coke, peanuts were stale, fries were cold by the time I walked from the counter to the front door, no napkins in the bag of food, and Tarqi was very dismissive from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Only thing on point, was the burger.
