I was greeted and waited on right away by one of the employees. He took my order correctly and asked if I would like a drink.

2 visits in a row they have screwed up my order, this time I ordered a burger with grilled onions and bacon, nothing else. Can you believe they “forgot” the bacon. The 2nd burger was cheeseburger with everything EXCEPT lettuce and tomato, of course they put lettuce and tomato on it. The tomato was so ripe that the bun was wet and squishy. When I told the guy at register, he just shrugged and walked away. I love their food when it’s done right, but the employees at this location have no pride in their work

Ordered cheeseburgers (all the way) and fries. All the way to this place means drown your burger in triple mayo, with no ketchup and no mustard. Fries were barely fried in oil, probably poached in oil that was too cold, and then double salted. Quality control is all over the place here. And yes, I am comparing you to other Five Guys.

I’ve been to five guys many times since I could drive I am 27. For a good while when I moved to Tennessee I was able to gain my obtuse order of a double bacon cheese burger with ketchup only, and could you put just a handful of fries on the burger or in the bag. Because I literally want them on the burger as a condiment but not an order. This was never an issue until new management. Tragic.

Food was delicious as always. Price is making it become a poor option though. $16 for one burger and fries. Still like it, just not a reasonable fast food price point, in my opinion

Five Guys has been a Washington, DC area favorite since 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell offered sage advice to the four young Murrell brothers:”Start a business or go to college.” The business route won and the Murrell family opened a carry-out burger joint in Arlington Virginia.

I usually do a pickup order and have had long wait times in the past but they’ve really stepped up their game lately. The last time I came in they were calling out my order as I walked in and the fries were still fresh. Thank you all, your efforts are greatly appreciated!

Im a local doordash driver and have delivered many times for this location. I just wanted to recognize the fantastic crew here at five guys, I came in to pick up two delivery orders and witnessed a customer verbally abuse one of the back of house. And as a former food service worker myself, I want to recognize the grace and maturity the employee responded with.
