Vicki’s was not opened so I wanted a good tasting hamburger that is not microwaved. Five Brothers did not disappoint me. The cheeseburger and french fries were both good, fresh, and tasteful. Good customer service, and the restaurant is clean. I only gave them a 4 out of 5 stars because of their high prices. Good food, but the average cost for a burger and fry is around $20.00.

The burgers are good. The service was pretty fast. The staff was just ok, not very friendly, not rude, but barley greeted us and would not engage in any conversation. I asked if they could season my burgers a little extra he he just said no. I asked for cajun seasoning on the fries, and he didn’t add it. Whatever, dude! If you didn’t want to be there, then you shouldn’t be there.

The food is delicious, however, it takes quite a bit of time to get an order. I know it’s made to order but it’s frustrating when u stand there and watch the employees working in slow motion or standing there looking like they don’t know what to do next while the manager looks like she’s about to pull her hair out trying to hustle.

Let me start with Bryan is a all star!!!! I asked if it was possible to get a jalapeño bacon milkshake (this isn’t a menu item) and he said absolutely. For the record it was great! Staff was very nice, lobby was clean, and the food was fresh. This was by far the best visit I have ever had to a Five Guys restaurant.
